PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI INVENTARIS ALAT DAN BAHAN PRAKTIKUM PADA JURUSAN TEKNIK ELEKTRO MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK CODEIGNITER

Abstrak (Abstracts)

In the current era of globalization, information technology is developing so rapidly. Humans need information that is so fast and actual both for an institution and for individuals. Currently, both government and private agencies, in carrying out their activities, have used computers. With computers, information can be presented quickly, actually, and accurately so that it can be used by certain parties or by admins in making decisions. The system that will be created is in the form of a web-based information system related to inventory activities such as tools or goods that have detailed information containing the code, type of goods, the number of goods and also the status of the goods or goods. In addition, this information system also has forms related to borrowing tools and materials as well as adding users and admins. This system has the facility to print data, such as borrowing goods, reports of damaged goods, and this system has the facility to send email to the user. This information system was developed using several software used to develop this application, such as Sublime as a web page editor, Xampp as a server and MySQL as the database. Pada era globalisasi sekarang ini, Teknologi informasi berkembang begitu pesat. Manusia memerlukan informasi yang begitu cepat dan actual baik bagi suatu instansi maupun per-individu. Saat ini baik instansi pemerintah maupun swasta, dalam menjalankan kegiatannya yang sudah menggunakan computer. Dengan adanya computer, maka informasi dapat disajikan secara cepat,actual,dan akurat sehingga dapat digunakan oleh sebagian pihak tertentu ataupun oleh para admin dalam membuat keputusan. System yang akan di buat berupa sebuah system informasi berbasis web yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan inventarisasi seperti halnya alat-alat atau barang yang mempunyai info detail yang berisi kode, type barang, jumlah barang dan juga status barang dari alat atau barang tersebut. Selain itu system informasi ini juga mempunyai form-form yang berkaitan dengan peminjaman alat dan bahan serta penambahan user dan admin. Sistem ini memliki fasilitas untuk mencetak data-data, seperti peminjaman barang, laporan barang rusak, serta system ini memiliki fasilitas untuk mengirimkan email kepada user. System informasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan beberapa software yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi ini, seperti Sublime sebagai penyunting halaman web, Xampp sebagai server dan mysql sebagai databasenya
