ANALISA PERBANDINGAN ESTIMASI BIAYA DAN WAKTU PADA PEKERJAAN KOLOM KONVENSIONAL DAN KOLOM PRECAST

In this modern era, business competition, especially in the construction sector, is increasing competitively. This happens because there is very tight competition for a project. Service providers also try their best to serve consumers well. For that reason, the method of implementation has also begun to vary, not only using one method. One method that is often used for high-rise buildings, one example is the use ofconcrete, this precast method requires a different treatment from conventional medote. This writing is done to determine the cost and time comparison of the column implementation using conventional methods andmethods precastprecast /. In implementing two methods to find cost and time by using luxury home designs that refer to private homes. The house design made is 2 floors with a total size of 64 columns, based on the results of the analysis, the cost of making the column using the conventional method is Rp.171.658.237,9 with a time of 3 days and the column with themethod is precast Rp.178.154.694,8 for 4 days. Pada era modern seperti ini, persaingan usaha khususnya dalam bidang konstruksi semakin kompetitif. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya persaingan yang sangat ketat untuk mendapatkan sebuah proyek. Para penyedia jasa juga berusaha sebaik mungkin demi melayani konsumen dengan baik. Untuk itu juga metode pelaksanaannya juga mulai bervariasi tidak menggunakan satu metode saja. Salah satu metode yang sering digunakan untuk bangunan tingkat tinggi, contohnya adalah penggunaan beton precast metode tersebut dibutuhkan perlakuan yang berbeda dengan medote konvensional. Penulisan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya dan waktu pada pelaksanaan kolom menggunakan metode konvensional dan metode precast / pracetak. Pada pelaksanaan dua metode untuk mencari biaya dan waktu dengan menggunakan desain rumah mewah yang mengacu pada rumah pribadi. Desain rumah yang dibuat ialah 2 lantai dengan ukuran jumlah keseluruhan 64 kolom, berdasarkan hasil dari analisa, besarnya biaya pembuatan dari kolom dengan Metode konvensional sebesar Rp.171.658.237,9 dengan waktu 3 hari dan kolom dengan Metode precast sebesar Rp.178.154.694,8 dengan waktu 4 hari.
