RANCANG BANGUN SCADA UNTUK MONITORING DAN KENDALI KETINGGIAN DAN SUHU AIR SEBAGAI MODUL PEMBELAJARAN MINI MANUFACTURING DI POLITEKNIK NEGERI BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

The industry is expanding as well as control and monitoring systems and an industrial plant requires convenience for it, SCADA (supervisory Control and data acquisition) is a solution for the need for monitoring and indirect control, research aims to be able to apply SCADA on a simple plant mini manufacturer to be controlled and monitored in realtime, in this case SCADA software used is Citect Explorer with a combination OFS programs (OPC Factory Server) and Twido suite. To be able to connect between Citect Software Explorer and Twido Suite required OFS software to bridge it, the configuration made is to create a ladder program on Twido Suite software with memory address such as% M,% MW and so on, then on OFS software created a device alias, with the configuration of Modbus address and PLC type. Then the last configuration for software Citect Explorer with a combination of device alias and memory address. Industri semakin berkembang begitu pula dengan sistem kontrol dan monitoring dan sebuah plant industri memerlukan kemudahan untuk hal itu, SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) merupakan solusi untuk kebutuhan monitoring dan kontrol tidak langsung, penelitian bertujuan untuk dapat menerapkan SCADA pada sebuah plant mini manufacturer sederhana untuk kemudian dapat dikontrol dan dimonitoring secara realtime, dalam hal ini SCADA software yang digunakan adalah Citect Explorer dengan kombinasi program OFS (OPC Factory Server) dan twido suite. Untuk dapat menghubungkan antara software citect explorer dan twido suite diperlukan software OFS untuk menjembatani hal itu, konfigurasi yang dilakukan adalah membuat sebuah ladder program pada software twido suite dengan alamat memory seperti %M, %MW dan sebagainya, lalu kemudian pada software OFS dibuat sebuah device alias, dengan konfigurasi alamat modbus dan tipe PLC. Lalu konfigurasi terakhir untuk software Citect Explorer dengan kombinasi antara device alias dan alamat memory.
