Organisasi Kemahasiswaan Keluarga Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan (ORMAWA KM-POLTEKBA) has a work program that must be implemented and requires a structure outside of management. When searching for committee candidates, an error arose in choosing a committee that was not committed and trustworthy in carrying out the committee Decision Support System (SPK SMART) and can be accessed via the url which can help the committee recommend the best candidate committee according to the name and criteria value provided by the author . After that, this website gives access to the Admin User to change the name and value of the criteria that the author has determined according to the needs of the ORMAWA KM-POLTEKBA work program itself. Organisasi Kemahasiswaan Keluarga Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan (ORMAWA KM-POLTEKBA) memiliki program kerja yang harus dilaksanakan dan membutuhkan struktural di lua r kepengurusan. Pada saat pencarian calon panitia timbul sebuah kesalahan dalam memilih panitia yang tidak komitmen dan amanah dalam melaksanakan kewajiban panitia tersebut. SPECTANT merupakan program aplikasi web berbasis Sistem Pendukung Keputusan SMART (SPK SMART) dan dapat diakses melalui url yang dapat membantu panitia memberi rekomendasi calon panitia terbaik sesuai nama dan nilai kriteria yang telah disediakan penulis. Setelah itu web ini memberi akses kepada User Admin untuk merubah nama dan nilai kriteria yang telah ditentukan penulis sesuai kebutuhan program kerja ORMAWA KM-POLTEKBA itu sendiri
