PENGGUNAAN ANDROID STUDIO SEBAGAI UPAYA MEMUDAHKAN DALAM IDENTIFIKASI KERUSAKAN (FAILURE CODE) PADA UNIT D155A-6

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Studying D155A-6 units, students will find some error terms code related to D155A-6 units which students need to know. To find out the explanation of the error code, it is required documents to explain the intent of the D155A-6 unit error code. The purpose of this research entitled “Using Android Studio as an Effort To Make Easier for Identify The Failure Code In Unit D155a-6” is to help students in the mechanical engineering department in heavy equipment major of Balikpapan State Polytechnic be able to understand the error code when studying units D155A-6 effectively and efficiently by using android applications. The Integrated Development Environment (IDE) used to make this application is Android Studio. The types of data used are secondary data types where data is derived from references and literature related to this final assignment. There are several stages of creating this application, such as : data collection, application design, application programming, application testing, and result analysis of the applications that have been created. This Android-based D155A-6 units error code can be used on smartphones that use the Android operating system and contain x error codes associated with D155A-6 units. At the time of testing it on an Android smartphone, the application can run well . The researcher used a likert scale questionnaire to find out how much benefit this application. Ketika mempelajari unit D155A-6, mahasiswa pasti menemukan beberapa istilah – istilah kode error yang berkaitan dengan unit D155A-6 dimana mahasiswa perlu ketahui. Untuk mengetahui penjelasan dari kode error tersebut diperlukan dokumen yang menjelaskan maksud dari kode error unit D155A-6. Tujuan utama dari pembuatan tugas akhir yang berjudul “Pengunaan Android Studio Sebagai Upaya Memudahkan Dalam Indentifikasi Kerusakan (Failure Code) Pada Unit D155A-6” adalah untuk membantu mahasiswa jurusan teknik mesin program studi alat berat Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan agar dapat memahami kode error saat mempelajari unit D155A-6 secara efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan aplikasi android. Integrated Development Environment (IDE) yang digunakan untuk membuat aplikasi ini adalah Android Studio. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data sekunder dimana data diperoleh dari referensi dan literatur yang berhubungan dengan tugas akhir ini. Terdapat beberapa tahapan pembuatan aplikasi ini yaitu pengumpulan data, desain aplikasi, pemrograman aplikasi, pengujian aplikasi, dan analisa hasil terhadap aplikasi yang telah dibuat. Aplikasi kode error unit D155A-6 berbasis android ini dapat digunakan pada smartphone yang menggunakan sistem operasi android dan mengandung x kode error yang berhubungan dengan unit D155A-6. Pada saat pengujiannya di smartphone android, aplikasi ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Penulis menggunakan kuesioner skala likert untuk mengetahui seberapa besar manfaat aplikasi ini.
