RANCANG BANGUN BILIK STERILISASI TUBUH MANUSIA DENGAN SPRAYER OTOMATIS DI POLITEKNIK NEGERI BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

To reduce the potential for the spread of viruses originating from the human body as well as the clothes, shoes, bags or items that the person carries, efforts are needed to protect and sterilize these objects from spreading the virus to the community. Therefore, the design of human body sterilization booths with automatic sprays was made at the Balikpapan State Polytechnic which is the application of sterilization activities for students which functions as disinfection for students who want to leave or enter the Balikpapan State Polytechnic campus. In the design of this automatic sprayer sterilization room, it works by utilizing Arduino as a controller, ultrasonic sensor as an object detector, infrared thermometer sensor as a human body temperature detector, buzzer as an indicator if a human body exceeds 37°C. Mist maker as a tool to convert water into fog and the GSM 900A Module as a monitoring tool which will later be integrated with Android. With this automatic sprayer sterilization system, it is hoped that the effectiveness of the teaching and learning flow at the Balikpapan State Polytechnic campus will be conducive, and as an indicator of success in reducing or preventing the spread of viruses that are harmful to the human body. Untuk mengurangi potensi penyebaran virus yang berasal dari tubuh manusia serta pakain, sepatu, tas atau barang yang dibawa orang tersebut perlu adanya upaya untuk melindungi dan mensterilisasikan obyek tersebut dari penyebaran virus pada masyarakat. Maka dari itu dibuat rancang bangun bilik sterilisasi tubuh manusia dengan sprayer otomatis di Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan yang merupakan penerapan aktivitas sterilisasi kepada para mahasiswa yang berfungsi sebagai disinfeksi untuk para mahasiswa yang ingin keluar atau masuk kampus Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan. Pada rancangan ruangan sterilisasi sprayer otomatis ini bekerja dengan memanfaatkan arduino sebagai pengendali, sensor ultrasonik sebagai pendeteksi suatu obyek, sensor infrared thermometer sebagai pendeteksi suhu tubuh manusia, buzzer sebagai indikator jika ada tubuh manusia yang melebihi dari suhu 37°C. Mist maker sebagai alat pengubah media air menjadi kabut dan Modul GSM 900A sebagai alat monitoring yang mana nanti akan terintegrasi dengan android. Dengan adanya sistem sterilisasi sprayer otomatis ini diharapkan meningkatkan efektivitas alur belajar dan mengajar dikampus Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan dengan kondusif, dan sebagai indikator keberhasilan dalam mengurangi atau mencegah penyebaran virus yang berbahaya bagi tubuh manusia.
