PENGARUH K3 TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT. ADHI KARYA (PERSERO) Tbk PADA PROYEK RDMP RU-V BALIKPAPAN

ABSTRACT Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is one of the requirements to improve the productivity of employees work in trying to prevent, avoid, and reduce accidents. This research aims to determine how the implementation of occupational health and Safety program on Sub Fire Station building work owned by PT. Pertamina RDMP RU-V Balikpapan and also to know the factors that affect the productivity of employee work. The samples in this study were all employees of the Sub Fire Station building work amounting to 35 respondents. This research is a quantitative study using two test instruments of data, namely the validity test and the reliability test. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire method with 2 variables: Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and employee work productivity. In processing this research data using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The result of the number of percentage of answers from 35 respondents in the K3 variable is, which expressed a very concur of 42%, the question agrees by 54%, and the question is hesitant by 4% and in the employee work productivity variable is, stating very strongly of 50%, the question agrees at 48%, and the question is hesitant by 2%. From the results of questionnaire data that has been disseminated that the implementation of K3 at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk on the construction of Sub fire Station went well and the application of K3 system that has been applied is very influential to the productivity of employee work in PT. Pertamina RDMP RU-V Balikpapan Project on the construction of Sub Fire Station building. Keywords: Occupational safety and Health (K3), Employee work productivity, IBM SPSS Statistics 25 ABSTRAK Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan salah satu persyaratan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan dalam upaya mencegah, menghindari, dan mengurangi kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada pekerjaan gedung Sub Fire Station milik PT. Pertamina RDMP RU-V Balikpapan dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada pekerjaan gedung Sub Fire Station yang berjumlah 35 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan dua uji instrumen data yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket/kuesioner dengan 2 variabel yaitu variabel Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Dalam mengolah data penelitian ini menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil jumlah presentase jawaban dari 35 responden pada variabel K3 adalah, yang menyatakan sangat setuju sebesar 42%, pertanyaan setuju sebesar 54%, dan pertanyaan ragu-ragu sebesar 4% dan pada variabel Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan adalah, yang menyatakan sangat setuju sebesar 50%, pertanyaan setuju sebesar 48%, dan pertanyaan ragu-ragu sebesar 2%. Dari hasil data kuesioner yang telah disebarkan diketahui bahwa penerapan K3 di PT.Adhi karya (Persero) Tbk pada pembangunan gedung Sub fire Station berjalan dengan baik dan penerapan sistem K3 yang telah diterapkan sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada proyek PT.
