Rancang Bangun Stand Overhaul Steering Valve HD 465 dan 785 di PT United Tractor, Tbk Cabang Samarinda

Abstrak (Abstracts)

The aims of this study are to design, build and use stand for the overhaul of the steering valve. Since on the job is done requires 2 manpower to do it. In addition, its’s possible to get an accident such as the steering valve is fallen. It takes 7 hours and 15 minutes to work. Based on the problem that the researcher devised a tool to perform an overhaul of the steering valve on the 785-7 HD and HD 465-7R units. The research methodology used planning, creation, testing and retrieval of data that was done during the On Job Training in United Tractors Tbk. branch of Samarinda. This research explained how the process of making booths, how does the booths work, safety stand analysis, time analysis of man power analysis work, calculating the cost of making the overhaul stand and calculating the benefits of stand through the aspect of quality, cost, dilevery, safety, morale, productivity. Based on the the results of the tes, it was found that the difference in installation time before the stand compe with after the registratio are 120 minutes, the man power from 2 people become 1 people, and the disadvantages can be minimized by the existence of this stand. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, membuat dan menggunakan alat bantu untuk proses overhaul steering valve. Karena dalam pekerjaan yang di lakukan membutuhkan 2 man power untuk mengerjakanya selain itu memiliki kemungkinan timbulnya accident yaitu, kejatuhan steering valve. Perkerjaan ini membutuhkan waktu pengerjaan selama 7 jam 15 Menit. Berdasarkan permasalah yang ada Penulis merancang sebuah alat untuk melakukan overhaul steering valve pada unit HD 785-7 dan HD 465-7R. Metodologi ini meliputi perencanaan, pembuatan, pengujian dan pengambilan data yang di lakukan pada saat On Job Training di United Tractors Tbk. Cabang Samarinda. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana proses pembuatan stand, cara kerja stand, analisa safety stand, analisa waktu pekerjaan analisa man power, menghitung biaya pembuatan stand overhaul dan menghitung manfaat stand melalui aspek quality, cost, dilevery, safety, morale, productivity. Dari Hasil pengujian ditemukan perbedaan waktu pemasangan sebelum adanya stand dengan sesudahnya sebesar 120 menit, jumlah man power dari 2 orang menjadi 1, kerugian yang tidak di inginkan dapat di minimalisir dengan adanya stand ini
