RANCANG BANGUN ALAT PENCUCI SMALL COMPONENT

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Remanufacturing is an industrial process in which the products that have been used will be returned according to the standard of use, components that can still be used akn cleaned, reprocessed and placed in inventory, washing component is one of the activities in the remanfucaturing process. Washing is done after the dis-assembly component to clean the components or sub components to be done measurement. The existing washing method uses the washing process manually using a wire and solar brush that takes quite a long time about 2 – 3 hours. While in the process of overhaul has had limited time according to the demand and needs of costumer. From the problems explained by the authors get ideas and ideas to make small component washers that are expected to accelerate the work of washing small components, the working principle of this tool is to wash small components using chemicals sprayed then small components soaked with chemical liquid, from the results of testing small component washers obtained the results of washing small components faster is about 55 minute and without the need for a lot of energy. Remanufacturing merupakan sebuah proses industri dimana produk yang telah terpakai akan di kembalikan kondisinya sesuai standard penggunaan, component yang masih bisa digunakan akan di bersihkan, diproses ulang dan ditempatkan dalam inventory, washing component merupakan salah satu kegiatan dalam proses remanfucaturing. Washing dilakukan setelah komponen dis-assembly untuk membersihkan komponen atau sub komponen yang akan dilakukan measurement. Metode pencucian yang ada menggunakan proses pencucian secara manual menggunakan sikat kawat dan solar yang membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama sekitar 2 – 3 jam. Sedangkan dalam proses overhaul telah memiliki keterbatasan waktu sesuai dengan permintaan dan kebutuhan customer. Dari permasalahan yang dijelaskan penulis mendapatkan ide dan gagasan untuk membuat alat pencuci small component yang diharapkan dapat mempercepat pengerjaan pencucian small component, prinsip kerja dari alat ini yaitu pencucian small component menggunakan chemical yang disemprotkan kemudian small component direndam dengan cairan chemical, dari hasil pengujian alat pencuci small component didapatkan hasil pencucian small component yang lebih cepat hanya membutuhkan waktu 55 menit dan tanpa memerlukan banyak tenaga.
