PENGUNGKAPAN IMPLEMENTASI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY BERDASARKAN ISO 26000:2010 PADA PT BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK PERIODE 2019

ISO 26000: 2010 is an international standard developed to help organizations assess and handle social responsibility or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) towards society and the environment. This study aims to determine the disclosure of CSR implementation at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk in accordance with the 7 core subjects in the ISO 26000: 2010 guidelines. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using document data annual reports and sustainability reports. The results of literature review observations based on ISO 26000: 2010 are document-based, so in the annual report and sustainability report BRI is considered to have fulfilled the 7 core subjects of CSR. The seven core subjects include organizational governance with the fulfillment of indicators of the company vision and mission, employee authority and responsibility, and compliance with regulations regarding CSR implementation obligations. The core subject of human rights has been fulfilled with the guarantee of freedom of association, prevention of acts of discrimination, working time arrangements, work permits or leave rights, freedom in worship, and hiring or recruiting prospective employees with a minimum age requirement of 21 years. The core subjects of labour practice are fulfilled by the recruitment and promotion of workers, disciplinary procedures and complaints, transfer or relocation of workers, training and skills development, health, security, industrial hygiene, and providing job opportunities for the community. The core subject of the environment is fulfilled by the assessment and evaluation as well as responsibility for all company activities. The core subject of fair operational procedures is realized by being involved in the prevention of all forms of fraud and the application of fair competition practices by applying a business code of ethics. The core subjects regarding consumers are manifested in the existence of information services, data privacy protection, complaints and dispute resolution for consumers. The core subject of community involvement and development is manifested in the Partnership and Community Development Program and the BRI Peduli program. ISO 26000:2010 merupakan standar internasional yang dikembangkan untuk membantu organisasi menilai dan menangani tanggung jawab sosial atau Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengungkapan implementasi CSR di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk sesuai dengan ke 7 subjek inti pada pedoman ISO 26000:2010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan data dokumen annual report dan sustainability report. Hasil pengamatan tinjau pustaka berdasarkan ISO 26000:2010 berbasis dokumen, maka dalam annual report dan sustainability report BRI dinilai telah memenuhi ke 7 subjek inti CSR. Ketujuh subjek inti tersebut diantaranya tata kelola organisasi dengan pemenuhan indikator visi misi perusahaan, wewenang dan tanggung jawab karyawan, dan ketaatan terhadap aturan mengenai kewajiban pelaksanaan CSR. Subjek inti mengenai Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) telah terpenuhi dengan adanya jaminan kebebasan berserikat, pencegahan tindakan diskriminasi, pengaturan waktu kerja, izin kerja ataupun hak cuti, kebebasan dalam beribadah, dan memperkerjakan ataupun merekrut calon karyawan dengan mensyaratkan usia minimal 21 tahun. Subjek inti mengenai praktik ketenagakerjaan terpenuhi dengan adanya perekrutan dan promosi pekerja, prosedur disiplin dan pengaduan, transfer atau relokasi pekerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan, kesehatan, keamanan, kebersihan industri, serta memberikan peluang kerja bagi masyarakat. Subjek inti mengenai lingkungan terpenuhi dengan adanya penilaian dan evaluasi serta tanggung jawab terhadap segala aktivitas perusahaan. Subjek inti mengenai praktik operasi yang adil diwujudkan dengan adanya keterlibatan terhadap pencegahan segala bentuk fraud dan penerapan praktik persaingan yang adil dengan menerapkan kode etik usaha. Subjek inti mengenai konsumen diwujudkan dengan adanya layanan informasi, perlindungan privasi data, pengaduan dan penyelesaian perselisihan bagi konsumen. Subjek inti mengenai pelibatan dan pengembangan masyarakat diwujudkan dengan adanya Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan dan program BRI Peduli.
