Ade Tia Rahayu, "Influence of Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Non Performing Loan (NPL) On Stock Price at State-Owned Banks Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2019". Final project. Accounting Department, bankingand finance study programs in cooperation Balikpapan State Polytechnic, under the guidance of Hasto Finanto S.E., M.Sc.dan Nurul Musfirah Khairiyah S.E., M.M,august 2020, 99 sheets. The purpose of this research to know and to analyze the influence on financial ratios of CR, NPM and NPL on Stock Price of Private Bank Shares Listed in BEI simultaneously or partialy. The data used in this research is obtained from the Annual Report published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2019. The method of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis test. The technique used to determine the sample used in this study is purposive sempling. Purposive sampling is a technique with certain considerations .The result of research by using simultaneous test (F test) showed that Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Non Performing Loan (NPL) simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Price. Based on the partial test (t test) showed that the Current Ratio (CR) partially not significant effect on Stock Price and Non Performing Loan (NPL) partially significant effect on Stock Price. While Net Profit Margin (NPM), partially have no significant effect on Stock Price. Agustus 2020, 99 lembar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio-rasio keuangan CR, NPM dan NPL terhadap Harga Saham Bank BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI secara simultan maupun parsial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitain ini diperoleh dari Annual Report yang diterbitkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2010-2019. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Purposive Sampling. Purposive Sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa, Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Berdasarkan uji parsial (uji t) menunjukan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Net Profit Margin (NPM) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.
