Analisis Sebelum dan Setelah Penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara

Abstrak (Abstracts)

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to increase corporate profits and to analyze differences before and after the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to corporate profitability. The research method used is the Compare Means analysis method with the Paired-Sample T Test analysis method. Paired Sample T Test is an analysis involving two measurements on the same subject to a particular influence or treatment, using SPSS tools. The data source used in this study is secondary data that is quantitative. To measure the profitability ratio, researchers use the ROA formula as a measure of a company ability to generate net income based on certain asset levels. The results showed that there was no significant difference with the implementation of CSR programs on the profitability of East Kalimantan Kaltara BPD companies between before the implementation of CSR and after the implementation of CSR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap peningkatan laba perusahaan dan untuk menganalisis perbedaan sebelum dan setelah diterapkannya program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Metode Penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode analisis Compare Means dengan metode analisis Paired- Sample T Test. Paired Sample T Test adalah analisis dengan melibatkan dua pengukuran pada subjek yang sama terhadap suatu pengaruh atau perlakuan tertentu, dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersifat kuantitatif. Untuk mengukur rasio profitabilitas peneliti menggunakan rumus ROA sebagai alat ukur kemampuan perusahaan menghasilkan laba bersih berdasarkan tingkat aset tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dengan diterapkannya program CSR terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan BPD Kaltim Kaltara antara sebelum penerapan CSR dengan setelah penerapan CSR.
