Perancangan Alat Angkta Buah Kelapa Sawit Dengan Conveyor

In the process of processing palm fruit from plantation to factory, there is a process of transporting from the result shelter (TPH) to the transport (Truck) to the next factory. In the process of steaming palm fruit there is a process of lifting done manually so that it takes considerable time and effort to transport it, in addition to the considerable time and manpower there is a risk of work accidents that can jeopardize the safety of workers. The design of palm fruit removal equipment with conveyor is aimed at the process of harvesting palm fruit from the result shelter (TPH) to the transport device (Truck) to help the process of lifting the palm fruit located in the new suliliran village, paser belengkong sub-district, paser district, east Kalimantan, research is carried out in February – April 2020, by conducting observation and documentation on one of the collection places of palm oil fruit that is in the village of new suliliran. The results of the study in the form of palm fruit lifting tools with conveyors made using solidwork software 2020 with test results carried out namely stress von mises, Displacement and safety of factor with steel material ASTM A36 steel used in conveyor landfill materials and Main frame conveyor obtained factor results Off Safety 2,5 and 234.5 so that the tool is safe to use. Dalam proses pengolahan buah kelapa sawit dari perkebunan ke pabrik, terdapat proses pengankatan dari tempat penampungan hasil (TPH) ke alat angkut (Truck) untuk selanjutnya di bawa kepabrik. Pada proses pengakutan buah kelapa sawit terdapat proses pengangkatan yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga dibutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang cukup besar untuk mengangkutnya, selain waktu dan tenaga yang cukup besar terdapat resiko kecelakaan kerja yang dapat membahayakan keselamatan pekerja. Perancangan alat angkat buah kelapa sawit dengan conveyor ini ditujukan pada proses pengakutan buah kelapa sawit dari tempat penampungan hasil (TPH) ke alat angkut (Truck) untuk membantu proses pengangkatan pada buah kelapa sawit yang berada pada desa suliliran baru, kecamatan paser belengkong, kabupaten paser, Kalimantan timur, penelitian dilakukan pada bulan februari – april tahun 2020, dengan melakukan observasi dan dokumentasi pada salah satu tempat pengumpulan hasil buah kelapa sawit yang ada di desa suliliran baru. Hasil penelitian tersebut berupa alat angkat buah kelapa sawit dengan conveyor yang dibuat menggunakan software solidwork 2020 dengan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu stress von mises, displacement dan safety of factor dengan bahan baja ASTM A36 steel digunakan pada bahan tampungan conveyor dan Main frame conveyor didapatkan hasil Factor Off Safety 2,5 dan 234,5 sehingga alat tersebut aman di gunakan.
