ANALISIS VALUASI SAHAM DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE DISCOUNTED CASH FLOW PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR LEMBAGA PEMBIAYAAN
Abstrak (Abstracts)
The purpose of the research is to analyze and find out the fair price of the share of Financing Institutions for the period of 2020. The research method use quantitative descriptive methods. Discounted cash flow method with proxy earning per share, dividend payout ratio, CAGR, and required rate of return. The result of research at financing institutons for periode of 2020 were undervalued. This conditions indicates that the price of the shares being offered exceeds the fair price. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mencari tahu harga wajar saham pada perusahaan sub sektor lembaga pembiayaan pada tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode discounted cash flow menggunakan earning per share, dividend payout ratio, price earning ratio, CAGR, dan required rate of return. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi harga saham dari ketujuh perusahaan sub sektor lembaga pembiayaan berada pada kondisi yang overvalued. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa harga saham yang ditawarkan melebihi harga wajarnya.Keyword : Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Overvalued, Perusahaan Sub Sektor Lembaga Pembiayaan.
