PENGARUH K3 DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. TABALONG KARYA UTAMA TENGGARONG

Employee performance is one of the important factors in the success of a project. However in practice, there are several things that also affect the performance of employees at PT. Tabalong Karya Utama. One of them is the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Not all workers use Personal Protective Equipment. It caused by the inconvenience felt by the workers when wearing it at work and lack a sense of care for Occupational Safety and Health (K3). Field research shows the use of PPE can affect employee performance. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and work environment to employee performance at PT. Tabalong Main Work. The location of the reserach is in the construction of a raw water treatment (intake) located in Embalut Tenggarong. The research methods are descriptive statistical analysis tests, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing. The research results on the effect of occupational health safety and work environment on employee performance using descriptive statistical analysis are the variable (X1) an average of 2.99 in the high category, the variable (X2) in the average 3.15 in the high category, and the variable (Y1) in the average average 3.28 which is included in the very high category. The results of the classical assumption test method with a multicollinearity test are a tolerance value of 0.320 and a VIF value of 3.130, meaning there are no symptoms of multicollinearity or relationships between variables. Then, results of the hypothesis using a simple linear regression test are obtained a value of 0.000, meaning a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. For multiple regression test the results are 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount 161.497 > Ftable 3.28, meaning the variables X1 and X2 have an effect on Y. Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam keberhasilan suatu proyek. Akan tetapi dalam prakteknya ada beberapa hal yang turut mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Tabalong Karya Utama, salah satunya adalah penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri. Tidak semua pekerja menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri. Hal ini dikarenakan para pekerja yang merasa tidak nyaman memakainya pada saat bekerja dan kurang rasa peduli terhadap K3, penelitian lapangan menunjukan bahwa penggunaan APD dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tabalong Karya Utama. Lokasi proyek adalah pembangunan pengolahan air baku (intake) terletak di Embalut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisa statistik deskriptif, asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian pengaruh K3 dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan analisa statistic deskriptif yaitu hasil variabel (X1) rata-rata 2,99 kategori tinggi, variabel (X2) rata-rata 3,15 kategori tinggi, dan variabel (Y1) rata-rata 3,28 yang termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil dari matode uji asumsi klasik dengan uji multikolinieritas dengan nilai tolerance yaitu 0,320 dan nilai VIF 3,130 yang artinya tidak terdapat gejala multikolinieritas atau hubungan antar variabel. Dan hasil hipotesis dengan uji regresi liner sederhana didapatkan nilai 0,000, yang berarti nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Untuk uji regresi berganda terdapat hasil 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung 161,497 > Ftabel 3,28 yang artinya bahwa variabel X1 dan X2 berpengaruh terhadap Y.
