Pengaruh Ketersediaan APD Terhadap Perilaku Tidak Aman (Unsafe Action) Pada Pekerja Konstruksi Di PT. Muliawan Putra

ABSTRACT Every job should prioritize occupational health and safety, one of which is the availability of personal protective equipment. This study aims to determine how the effect of the availability of personal protective equipment on unsafe action on construction workers at PT. Honorable Son. Unsafe action occurs due to several things that affect it, one of which is the availability of Protective Equipment. The research method used is data quality test using Validity Test and Reliability Test, Descriptive Statistical Analysis and hypothesis testing using T Test. In processing this research data using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results of the validity test in this study were declared valid, because r count > 0.361 and the reliability test with a cornbach alpha value of 0.747 and 0.758 greater than 0.6 then declared reliable. The results obtained from descriptive statistical analysis are the Personal Protective Equipment variable (X) including the very high category of 3.44 and the unsafe action variable (Y) including the high category of 3.19, all respondents are male with the majority aged 41-50 year. T-test was also carried out with the results of t-count of 3.006 which is greater than t-table which is 2.048 and from the value of R square of 90.7%, which means that the availability of personal protective equipment has an effect on unsafe action. Keywords : Personal Protective equipment, unsafe action, Analysis Statistic Descriptive, T test , IBM SPSS Statistics 25 Setiap pekerjaan hendaknya mengutamakan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, salah satunya adalah ketersediaan Alat pelindung diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh ketersediaan Alat pelindung diri terhadap unsafe action pada pekerja konstruksi di PT. Muliawan Putra. Unsafe action terjadi karena beberapa hal yang mempengaruhinya, salah satunya adalah ketersediaan Alat Pelindung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data dengan menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas, dilakukan pula Analisa Statistik Deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesa menggunakan Uji T Test. Dalam mengolah data penilitian ini menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 25 . Hasil uji validitas pada penelitian ini dinyatakan valid, karena r hitung > 0,361 dan uji reliabilitas dengan nilai cornbach alpha sebesar 0,747 dan 0,758 lebih besar dari 0,6 maka dinyatakan reliabel. Hasil yang didapatkan dari analisa statistik deskriptif adalah variabel Alat Pelindung Diri (X) termasuk kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 3,44 dan variabel unsafe action (Y) termasuk kategori tinggi sebesar 3,19, seluruh responden adalah laki-laki dengan mayoritas umur 41 tahun – 50 tahun. Dilakukan pula uji T dengan hasil t hitung sebesar 3,006 lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2,048 dan dari nilai R square sebesar 90,7% yang berarti ketersediaan alat pelindung diri berpengaruh terhadap unsafe action.
