Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. Wijaya Karya

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Occupational health and safety is one important aspect in a company so that the company can minimize a work accident, where in case of a work accident then it can hamper the productivity of employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of occupational safety and health on the productivity of employees and how the influence of which is given of the application. This research method using quantitative analysis with the data analysis technique used is the analysis of descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, namely normality test (shapiro wilk) and test the hypothesis that a simple linear regression with the method of calculation using an IBM statistic SPSS 26. Results of the study with a total sample of 35 respondents to test the classical assumption, namely normality test (shapiro wilk) states that the residual value of the second variable is 0,431 which means the two variables have normal distribution. And to the results of the linear regression states that the significance value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that the occupational safety and health has an influence on employee productivity. Keywords: occupational health and safety, productivity Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam sebuah perusahaan agar perusahaan dapat meminimalisir sebuah kecelakaan kerja, dimana jika terjadi sebuah kecelakaan kerja maka dapat menghambat produktivitas karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan bagaimana pengaruh yang diberikan dari penerapan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa kuantitatif dengan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas (shapiro wilk) dan uji hipotesis yaitu regresi linier sederhana dengan metode perhitungan menggunakan aplikasi IBM statistic SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 responden untuk uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas (shapiro wilk) menyatakan bahwa nilai residual dari kedua variabel adalah 0,431 yang berarti kedua variabel berdistribusi normal. Dan untuk hasil regresi linier menyatakan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan.
