PERENCANAAN GAMBAR KERJA DAN RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA PADA PEMBANGUNAN MASJIDUL BARAKAT DI PONDOK PESANTREN JAMIATUL ISLAMIYAH BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

In the implementation of the construction of the Balikpapan Masjidul Barakat Islamiyah there is an obstacle, namely in the development process there is no Working Drawing and Budget Plan (RAB) so that the construction must be stopped. This is the background for the author to make a Working Drawing and Budget Plan (RAB), with the aim of providing planning drawings and calculating the budget needed for the continued construction of the Balikpapan Islamiyah Mosque. Method used by the author is to calculate using microsoft excel to find out the budget needed by the Islamic boarding school in the continued construction of the Balikpapan Islamiyah Mosque. With this method, it is hoped that it can help to solve the problems faced by the Jamiatul Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School in Balikpapan. Based on the results of the drawing using autocad, the resulting Working Drawings for the construction of the Balikpapan Islamiyah Mosque include: floor plans, visible drawings, cut drawings, foundation drawings, column drawings, beam drawings, roof drawings, detailed drawings and other supporting drawings. While the results of budget planning costs by the method of calculation using microsoft excel in the amount of 2.516.673.694,00 (Two Billion Five Hundred Sixteen Million Six Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Four Rupiah). Pada pelaksanaan pembangunan Masjidul Barakat Islamiyah Balikpapan terdapat sebuah kendala yaitu dalam proses pembangunan tidak terdapat Gambar Kerja dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sehingga pembangunan tersebut harus dihentikan. Hal tersebut lah yang melatar belakangi penulis untuk membuat Gambar Kerja dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), dengan tujuan untuk memberikan gambar perencanaan dan menghitung anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam lanjutan pembangunan Masjidul Barakat Islamiyah Balikpapan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan penulis ialah menghitung menggunakan microsoft excel untuk mengetahui anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan pihak pondok pesantren dalam lanjutan pembangunan Masjidul Barakat Islamiyah Balikpapan. Dengan metode tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dimiliki oleh pihak Pondok Pesantren Jamiatul Islamiyah Balikpapan. Berdasarkan hasil penggambaran menggunakan autocad, dihasilkan Gambar Kerja untuk pembangunan Masjidul Barakat Islamiyah Balikpapan antara lain: gambar denah, gambar tampak, gambar potongan, gambar pondasi, gambar kolom, gambar balok, gambar atap, gambar detail dan gambar penunjang lainnya. Sedangkan hasil perencanaan anggaran biaya dengan metode perhitungan menggunakan microsoft excel yaitu sebesar 2.516.673.694,00 (Dua Miliyar Lima Ratus Enam Belas Juta Enam Ratus Tujuh Puluh Tiga Ribu Enam Ratus Sembilan Puluh Empat Rupiah).
