ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS ALAT BERAT PEKERJAAN BORE PILE PADA PROYEK REFINERY DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN (RDMP) RU V BALIKPAPAN

In general, every construction project work is always related to foundation work. Foundation work is usually carried out starting from land clearing, measuring or determining foundation points, excavation and embankment work, and other work items depending on the conditions and work situation. In the implementation of this research, the use of heavy equipment is the right way to make it easier for workers to carry out their work, especially large-scale construction projects, as for heavy equipment used to carry out bore pile foundation work such as bore machines to drill, crawler cranes to lift materials, excavators and dump trucks to carry out earthmoving drilling remnants. Each of the tools has advantages and disadvantages in terms of the heavy equipment as the right effort to produce effective and efficient work. In this research, it is done by collecting data. The purpose of this research is to determine the more effective use of heavy equipment and to determine the efficiency of work in the use of heavy equipment on bore pile foundation work. The data obtained and will be analyzed to obtain the value of productivity, the number of heavy equipment used, the amount of equipment rental price and from the results of these calculations will determine which one can produce optimal results. From the results of data collection and analysis calculations obtained the number of heavy equipment, the total rental price of heavy equipment, namely bore machines amounted to 3 units with a rental fee of Rp. 540.000.000,00 with a work time of 12 days, crawler cranes totaling 3 units with a rental fee of Rp. 17.400.000,00 with a work time of 1 days, excavators totaling 3 unit at a cost of Rp. 15.000.000,00 with a work time of 2 days, 3 units of dump trucks at a cost of Rp. 75.000.000,00 with a working time of 10 days. So the total time used in the work is 25 days and the cost of all heavy equipment is Rp. 677.400.000,00. Pada umumnya, setiap pekerjaan proyek konstruksi selalu berhubungan dengan pekerjaan pondasi. Pekerjaan pondasi biasanya dilakukan mulai dari pembersihan lahan, pengukuran atau penentuan titik pondasi, pekerjaan galian dan timbunan, dan item pekerjaan lainya tergantung dari kondisi dan situasi pekerjaan. Pada pelaksanaan penelitian ini penggunaan alat berat merupakan cara yang tepat untuk memudahkan pekerja dalam mengerjakan pekerjaannya terutama proyek konstruksi dalam skala besar, adapun alat-alat berat yang digunakan untuk melakukan pekerjaan pondasi bore pile seperti bore machine untuk melakukan pengeboran, crawler crane untuk mengangkat material, excavator dan dump truck untuk melakukan pemindahan tanah sisa-sisa pengeboran. Masing-masing dari alat memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan ditinjau mengenai alat berat tersebut sebagai upaya tepat untuk menghasilkan pekerjaan yang efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu dengan cara metode pengumpulan data. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan alat berat yang lebih efektif dan mengetahui efisiensi pekerjaan dalam penggunaan alat berat pada pekerjaan pondasi bore pile. Data yang diperoleh dan akan dilakukan analisa untuk mendapatkan nilai produktivitas, jumlah alat berat yang dipergunakan, jumlah harga sewa alat dan dari hasil perhitungan tersebut akan ditentukan mana yang bisa menghasilkan hasil yang optimal. Dari hasil pengumpulan data dan perhitungan analisa diperoleh jumlah alat berat, jumlah harga sewa alat berat yaitu bore machine berjumlah 3 unit dengan biaya sewa Rp. 540.000.000,00 dengan waktu pekerjaan 12 hari, crawler crane berjumlah 3 unit dengan biaya sewa Rp. 17.400.000,00 dengan waktu pekerjaan 1 hari, excavator berjumah 3 unit dengan biaya Rp. 15.000.000,00 dengan waktu pekerjaan 2 hari, dump truck berjumlah 3 unit dengan biaya Rp. 75.000.000,00 dengan waktu pekerjaan 10 hari. Jadi total waktu yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan tersebut adalah 25 hari dan biaya seluruh alat berat Rp. 677.400.000,00.Keyword : Alat Berat,Produktivitas,Efisiensi
