Rancang Bangun Sistem Kehadiran Guru Dan Pegawai Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama 2 Balikpapan Dengan Code QR Menggunakan PHP Dan MySQL

Based on the results of an interview with one of the teachers at the 2nd Balikpapan State Junior High School that the data process for teacher and employee attendance during the Covid-19 pandemic made it difficult to take attendance and had to come to school every day. The reason the author chose the implementation at SMP Negeri 2 Balikpapan is because SMP Negeri 2 Balikpapan is one of the prestigious high schools in Balikpapan which is located in the Gunung Pasir area or people around call it "Kampung Pelajar". Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan salah satu guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Balikpapan bahwa proses data kehadiran guru dan pegawai pada masa pandemi Covid-19 mempersulit untuk melakukan absensi dan harus datang ke sekolah setiap hari nya. Alasan penulis memilih implementasi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Balikpapan karena SMP Negeri 2 Balikpapan adalah salah satu sekolah menengah yang bergengsi di Balikpapan yang berada di wilayah Gunung Pasir atau orang – orang sekitar menyebutnya “Kampung Pelajar”. SMP Negeri 2 Balikpapan pun juga mampu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan juga dikutip dari siap-sekolah.com bahwa SMP Negeri 2 Balikpapan pernah terdaftar mengikuti Event Festival e-Pendidikan yang di adakan di Jakarta oleh Pusat Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dari Kementrian Pendidikan pada tahun 2010 yang di dalam nya meliputi beberapa kegiatan yang di antara nya Lomba Kuis KiHajar bagi siswa, Lomba Pengembangan Media Presentasi Pembelajaran untul guru, Anugerah e-Learning untuk guru, sekolah dan perguruan tinggi, workshop pemanfaatan TIK untuk pembelajaran, pelatihan TIK untuk pembelajaran, dan seminar inovasi pembelajaran berbasis TIK. Alasan penulis menggunakan QR Code karena guna meminimalisir kecurangan dalam mengisi daftar kehadiran seperti mengisi daftar kehadiran menggunakan perangkat yang berbeda. Lalu membuat proses rekapitulasi lebih efisien dan efektif dan juga dapat menyimpan informasi dari pemilik QR Code tersebut
