RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PORTAL BERITA SEPUTAR PEMERINTAHAN KABUPATEN PENAJAM PASER UTARA BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN PHP DAN MARIADB

In providing information to the wider community so far, the Public Relations and Protocol of North Penajam Paser Regency have not optimized the information system properly, especially on the North Penajam Paser Regency profile information system which still uses print media. In addition to computer technology, to support all activities in all fields and to improve efficiency and speed of service requires human resources who are reliable and able to operate computers properly. With current technological developments, it is now easy to build a news web portal that contains profiles and information about North Penajam Paser Regency so that it can be used properly and properly. On that basis, a news portal web application was created that can make it easier for the public to access and get the latest news at any time and guarantee the truth. After that, the making of this news web portal started by analyzing the database needed by this news portal web, then making the interface design, creating the program code, and finally testing the program and implementing the news portal web application. From the results of the implementation, it is concluded that this news portal web application can run well by the previous design. Dalam pelayanan informasi kepada masyarakat luas selama ini di Humas dan Protokol Kabupaten PPU belum mengoptimalkan sistem informasi dengan baik, terutama pada sistem informasi profil Kabupaten PPU yang masih menggunakan media cetak. Disamping adanya teknologi komputer, untuk mendukung semua aktifitas diseluruh bidang serta untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kecepatan pelayanan membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang handal dan mampu untuk mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik. Dengan perkembangan teknologi sekarang, sekarang mudah untuk membangun web portal berita yang berisikan profil dan informasi seputar Kabupaten PPU agar bisa digunakan dengan baik dan semestinya. Atas dasar itu dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi web portal berita yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengakses dan mendapatkan berita – berita terbaru setiap saat serta terjamin kebenarannya. Setelah itu pembuatan web portal berita ini dimulai dengan menganalisis database yang dibutuhkan oleh web portal berita ini, kemudian membuat desain tampilan antarmuka, membuat kode program, dan yang terakhir adalah uji coba program dan implementasi aplikasi web portal berita tersebut. Dari hasil implementasi didapatkan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi web ini dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan rancangan sebelumnya .Keyword : System Information, Human Resources, Technology, Sistem Informasi, Sumber Daya Manusia, Teknologi
