RANCANG BANGUN OTOMATISASI PENGECEKAN SUHU TUBUH MENGGUNAKAN FITUR SUARA DI GEDUNG UNIT LAYANAN TERPADU POLITEKNIK NEGERI BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Health is a vital element that is very important in all daily activities carried out by humans. Vital signs of human health can be known from body temperature, pulse, breathing, and blood pressure. During this pandemic, the symptoms suffered by Covid-19 sufferers, one of which is a high body temperature >38°C. Normal body temperature in a person reaches 36.1°C until 37.2°C. Therefore, to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus must perform physical distancing and reduce direct physical contact. So at the time of checking body temperature need to do periodically without contact directly. Therefore, the final task of the author designed the body temperature check using MlX90614 Temperature Sensor, Microcontroller using Arduino Wemos D1 R1, for distance using Ultrasonic Sensor and added sound feature for each body temperature check. The microcontroller will process the data so that the temperature and distance readings will be displayed on the LCD and the results of the body temperature check will be recorded or stored in the MySQL database. In order to obtain accurate results, the right distance to detect a persons body temperature is 3 until 5 cm, because the longer the distance between the object and the tool, the less accurate the temperature result is detected, due to the influence of the objects environmental temperature. This tool is expected to have a positive impact in preventing the early spread of Covid-19. The ultrasonic sensor has distance measurement data with an average difference of 0.5 and an error value of 7.18%. The MLX90614 Temperature Sensor has data from checking body temperature with an average difference of 0.63 and an error value of 1,72%. DFPlayer Mini as a module for a sound player that can be connected to loudspeakers, namely speakers. Kesehatan merupakan elemen vital yang sangat penting dalam segala aktivitas sehari-hari yang dilakukan oleh manusia. Tanda-tanda vital kesehatan manusia dapat diketahui dari suhu tubuh, nadi, pernapasan, dan tekanan darah. Di masa pandemic ini gejala yang diderita oleh penderita Covid-19 salah satunya adalah suhu tubuh yang tinggi >38˚C. suhu tubuh normal pada seseorang mencapai 36,1˚C sampai dengan 37,2˚C. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencegah penularan virus Covid-19 harus melakukan physical distancing dan mengurangi kontak fisik secara langsung, sehingga pada saat pengecekan suhu tubuh perlu melakukan secara berkala tanpa bersentuhan secara langsung. Oleh karena itu, tugas akhir penulis merancang pengecekan suhu tubuh menggunakan Sensor Suhu MLX90614, Mikrokontroler menggunakan Arduino Wemos D1 R1, untuk jarak menggunakan Sensor Ultrasonik dan ditambahkan fitur suara untuk setiap melakukan pengecekan suhu tubuh. Mikrokontroler akan memproses data sehingga hasil pembacaan suhu dan jarak akan ditampilkan di LCD dan hasil melakukan pengecekan suhu tubuh akan terekam atau tersimpan data tersebut di database MySQL. Agar memproleh hasil yang akurat, jarak yang tepat untuk mendeteksi suhu tubuh seseorang adalah 3 sampai 5 cm, karena semakin jauh jarak antara objek dan alat maka hasil suhu dideteksi kurang akurat, karena adanya pengaruh suhu lingkungan objek. Sensor ultrasonik memiliki data hasil pengukuran jarak dengan rata-rata selisih 0,5 dan nilai error 7,18%. Sensor Suhu MLX90614 memiliki data hasil dari pengecekan suhu tubuh dengan rata-rata selisih 0,63 dan nilai error 1,72%. DFPlayer Mini sebagai modul untuk pemutar sound yang dapat dihubungkan ke pengeras suara yaitu speaker.
