RANCANG BANGUN PEMISAH BULU AYAM OTOMATIS BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Along with the development of science and technology, human needs for food, especially animal food, especially meat. One of the meat foodstuffs that are commonly sought after is chicken meat, besides chicken having good nutritional content, chicken meat causes high demand for chicken meat such as demand from traditional markets, supermarkets, hotels, and fast food restaurants. There are several processes so that chicken meat can be taken, one of which is the process of removing chicken feathers. This feather removal is generally done manually which results in a waste of time, so a control system is needed in the industrial world to produce good products, so we need a control system that functions to increase results faster. the results are faster, this chicken feather remover which can work automatically using an Arduino uno microcontroller which in the working process uses a Photodiode sensor to count the number of chickens that enter, while the water flow sensor functions to calculate the water discharge used during the feather removal process. Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, kebutuhan manusia bahan pangan, terutama bahan pangan hewani terutama daging. Salah satu bahan pangan daging yang umum dicari adalah daging ayam, selain ayam memiliki kandungan gizi cukup baik, daging ayam tersebut menyebabkan tingginya permintaan akan daging ayam seperti permintaan pasar tradisional, swalayan, hotel, maupun rumah makan fast food. Ada bebrapa proses agar daging ayam dapat di ambil salah satunya yaitu proses pencabutan bulu ayam. Pencabutan bulu ayam ini umumnya dilakukan secara manual yang mengakibatkan buang-buang waktu maka diperlukan sistem pengendali sangat diperlukan didalam dunia industry untuk menghasilkan produk yang bagus maka diperlukan suatu sistem kontrol yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan hasil yang lebih cepat membuat sebuah alat pencabut bulu ayam otomatis agar lebih hasilnya lebih cepat, pencabut bulu ayam ini yang dapat bekerja otomatis menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino uno yang di proses kerjanya menggunakan sensor Photodiode sebagai menghitung jumlah ayam yang masuk, sedangkan untuk sensor water flow berfungsi untuk menghitung debit air yang dipakai pada saat proses pencabutan bulu ayam.
