TINJAUAN KUAT TARIK BELAH BETON SERAT GALVANIS DENGAN MODEL LINTING, BERGELOMBANG, DAN SPIRAL
Abstrak (Abstracts)
ABSTRACT Galvanized Fiber is the added ingredients of this study aims to find out the tensile strength of the variation of the addition of galvanized fiber is 2% 4% 5% with 3 variations of spiral corrugated model and linting of test specimens in use is the cylinder. Test object in use as many as 21 pieces of cylinder with the test object code BO, BL2, BL3, BS06, BS1, CS06, CS1, with the repetition of each test object as much as 3 pieces of testing done at the age of 28 days The result shows the average tensile strength value of BO 3,963 kg / cm², BL2 2,792 kg / cm², BL3 2,689 kg / cm², BS06 3,067 kg / cm², BS1 2,453 kg / cm², CS06 2,642 kg / cm², CS1 2,689 kg / Cm². Changes in tensile strength were 13.45%, 14.86%, 13.44%, 15.33%, 12.26%, 13.21%, 13.44%. Keywords: fiber concrete, tensile strength, galvanized fiber. ABSTRAK Serat galvanis adalah bahan tambah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui niai kuat tarik pada variasi penambahan serat galvanis adalah sebesar 2% 4% 5% dengan 3 variasi model bergelombang spiral dan linting benda uji yang di gunakan adalah silinder. Benda uji yang di gunakan sebanyak 21 buah silinder dengan kode benda uji BO, BL2, BL3, BS06, BS1, CS06, CS1, dengan pengulangan masing-masing benda uji sebanyak 3 buah pengujian di lakukan pada umur 28 hari Dari hasil menunjukan nilai kuat tarik rata-rata sebesar BO 3,963 kg/cm², BL2 2,792 kg/cm², BL3 2,689 kg/cm², BS06 3,067 kg/cm², BS1 2,453 kg/cm², CS06 2,642 kg/cm², CS1 2,689 kg/cm². Perubahan kuat tarik sebesar 13,45%, 14,86%, 13,44%, 15,33%, 12,26%, 13,21%, 13,44%. Kata kunci :beton serat, kuat tarik, serat galvanis.
