Sistem Kendali Ruangan Pembersih Pakaian Pekerja Pada Perusahaan Semen Secara Otomatis

Abstrak (Abstracts)

This final project aims to design, manufacture and test the room control system based on Arduino mega 2560. This research was conducted in room 207. Department of Electronic Engineering State Polytechnic of Balikpapan State in August 2017 – June 2017. Final project is done by using Research and Development method which includes planning, designing, making and testing tool which is done by making the system with PIR sensor input device and Dust sensor, control system using Arduino Mega 2560. By using the output of LCD, Fan, limit switch , And the voice recorder module, the way this tool works is that the PIR sensor detects the worker in the room and when the fan is detected to clean the worker clothes afterwards the dust sensor will detect whether the room is free of dust, when it is free from dust the fan will Die and voice module recorder will issue a sentence “please come out”, and the room ready for reuse. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang, membuat dan menguji sistem kendali ruangan berbasis Arduino mega 2560. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di ruangan 207. Jurusan Teknik Elektronika Industri Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan pada bulan Agustus 2017 – Juni 2017. Tugas Akhir dilakukan menggunakan metode Research and Development yang meliputi perencanaan, perancangan, pembuatan dan pengujian alat yang dilakukan dengan pembuatan sistem alat dengan input berupa sensor PIR dan sensor Dust, sistem kendali menggunakan Arduino Mega 2560. Dengan menggunakan output berupa LCD, Kipas, dan module voice recorder, cara kerja alat ini adalah sensor PIR mendeteksi adanya pekerja di dalam ruangan lalu bila terdeteksi kipas akan menyala untuk membersihkan pakaian pekerja setelah itu sensor dust akan mendeteksi apakah ruangan sudah bebas dari debu, bila sudah bebas dari debu maka kipas akan mati dan voice module recorder akan mengeluarkan kalimat “silahkan keluar”, dan ruangan siap digunakan kembali.
