RANCANG BANGUN SPECIAL TOOL TESTER DAN CLEANER INJECTOR NOZZEL PADA ENGINE DIESEL DENGAN HYDRAULIC JACK

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Industry is the most important commodity today, especially the coal mining industry, which desperately needs tools for the production process, and the tools used are mostlydriven engine so that the engine condition must be in prime condition. Inside the engine there is a very important part in theall the components on the engine, namely the injector / nozzle which is in the cylinder head as a fuel supplier which is forwarded from the FIP (operation offuel injection pump). In keeping the fuel supply to the combustion process stable, it is necessary to carry out maintenance on the injectors / nozzles that are carried out during the process of periodic maintenance or preventive maintenance so thatperformance engine remains stable and does not decrease. This study aims to create a special tool tester and cleaner on the injectors/nozzles, because testing in these parts is very important to keep the combustion conditions on the engine stable and performance does not decrease. Because there are still many who do direct testing on the engine which is very risky and causes great losses if damage to other components occurs when testing directly on the engine. Therefore, the author took the initiative to design and create a special tool that aims to be a solution to the problems that occur. The method used is direct research conducted during On Job Training at the Balikpapan State Polytechnic. Industri merupakan komoditas terpenting saat ini, khususnya industri pertambangan batu bara yang sangat membutuhkan alat untuk proses berjalanan nya hasil produksi, dan alat yang digunakan rata rata berpenggerak engine sehingga kondisi engine tersebut harus dalam kondisi prima. Di dalam engine terdapat bagian yang sangat penting dalam bekerja nya keseluruhan komponen pada engine yaitu injector/nozzel yang berada pada head cylinder sebagai penyuplai bahan bakar yang di teruskan dari FIP(fuel injcetion pump). Dalam menjaga suplai bahan bakar menuju proses pembakaran tetap stabil maka perlu di lakukan perawatan pada injector/nozzel yang di lakukan ketika proses perawatan berkala atau preventive maintenance agar performa engine tetap stabil dan tidak mengalami penurunan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat special tool tester and cleaner pada bagian injector/nozzel, karena pengujian pada bagian tersebut sangat penting menjaga kondisi pembakaran pada engine tetap stabil dan performa menjadi tidak menurun.
