PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN KAWAT GALVANIS BENTUK ā€˜Cā€™ PADA KUAT TEKAN BETON

Fiber concrete is a admixture of concrete plus fiber. Selection of galvanized wire fiber as a admixture of concrete because this material is easy to found in the market, strong, easily formed and resistant to corrosion. With a galvanized C pattern as an added material on fiber concrete is expected to produce a compressive strength and strong bending of concrete. This study used a galvanized wire variation of 8% and 10% by weight of cement with C pattern 0,5 cm with code C14 8%, C1410%, and normal concrete with code BN14 1, BN14 2, BN14 3 and BN28 1, BN28 2, BN28 3 for test of compressive strength of 14 day, compressive strength test 28 days,for 14 compressive test as much 9 a 9 sample specimen 3 normal concrete and 6 fiber concrete and 28 day compressive strength test as much a 9 sample specimen 3 normal concrete and 6 fiber concrete. From the test results obtained value of compressive strength 271,111 kg/cm2, 248,889 kg/cm2 and 291,852 kg/cm2 for test object OB, S06B, S1B. Changes in compressive strength decreased by 8,196% and on concrete 28 days three was an increase in compressive strength of concrete by 7,650%. Beton serat merupakan campuran beton ditambah serat. Pemilihan serat kawat galvanis sebagai campuran beton karena material ini mudah didapat dipasaran, kuat, mudah dibentuk dan tahan terhadap korosi. Dengan pola kawat galvanis bentuk ā€žCā€Ÿ sebagai bahan tambah pada beton serat diharapkan mampu menghasilkan kuat tekan beton. Penelitian ini menggunakan kawat galvanis dengan variasi kawat galvanis dari 8% dan 10% berat semen dengan pola C diameter 0,5 cm dengan kode C14 8%, C14 10%, dan beton normal dengan kode BN14 1 BN14 2 dan BN14 3 dan BN28 1 BN28 2 dan BN28 3, untuk uji kuat tekan umur 14 hari sebanyak 9 sampel benda uji 3 beton normal dan 6 beton serat, uji kuat tekan umur 28 hari sebanyak 9 sampel benda uji 3 beton normal dan 6 beton serat. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai kuat tekan 271,111 kg/cm2, 248,889 kg/cm2, dan 291,852 kg/cm2 untuk benda uji BN28, C28 8%, dan C28 10%. Perubahan kuat tekan menurun sebesar 8,196% dan pada beton 28 hari terjadi penigkatan kuat tekan beton sebesar 7,650%. Kata
