DESKRIPSI TUGAS AKHIR :
PENGARUH SERAT KAWAT GALVANIS TERHADAP KUAT LENTUR PADA BALOK BETON BERTULANG
Abstrak (Abstracts)
This research uses galvanized coupled wire material of sepiral pattern able to increase the strength of bending on reinforced concrete beam. The purpose of this research is to get strong value of reinforced beam of reinforced concrete with galvanized pattern 1, sepiral Ø 0,6, and sepiral Ø 1 to normal reinforced concrete block using sand material of Samboja and Palu gravel. (With normal reinforced concrete beams), G (reinforced concrete beam with galvanized pattern 1), S06 (reinforced concrete beam with sepiral pattern Ø 0.6), S1 (reinforced concrete beam with sepiral pattern Ø 1). Strong bending tests were performed at 28 days. From the test results obtained by the average strength of bending on the beam reinforced concrete of 28 days with the code RC = 10.78 kNm, G = 14.53 kNm, S06 = 13.54 kNm, S1 = 13.98 kNm. As the result of the increase of the average bending strength of reinforced concrete beams respectively G = 25.80%, S06 = 24.06%, S1 = 24.80% against the strength of reinforced concrete beam bending. Penelitian ini menggunakan bahan tambah kawat galvanis pola sepiral mampu meningkatkan kuat lentur pada balok beton bertulang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan nilai kuat lentur balok beton bertulang normal yang diberi kawat galvanis dengan pola galvanis 1, sepiral Ø 0,6, dan sepiral Ø 1 terhadap balok beton bertulang normal menggunakan material pasir Samboja dan kerikil Palu. Membuat sebanyak 12 benda uji dengan masing-masing variasi 3 benda uji, Dengan rincian RC (balok beton bertulang normal), G (balok beton bertulang dengan pola galvanis 1), S06 (balok beton bertulang dengan pola sepiral Ø 0,6), S1 (balok beton bertulang dengan pola sepiral Ø 1). Pengujian kuat lentur dilakukan pada umur 28 hari. Dari hasil pengujian didapat nilai rata-rata kuat lentur pada balok beton bertulang umur 28 hari dengan kode RC = 10,78 kNm, G = 14,53 kNm, S06 = 13,54 kNm, S1 = 13,98 kNm. Adapun hasil peningkatan kuat lentur rata-rata balok beton bertulang masing-masing G=25.80%, S06=24.06%, S1=24,80% terhadap kuat lentur balok beton bertulang.
