PENGARUH LABA BERSIH DAN ARUS KAS OPERASI TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN PADA BANK BUMN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2011-2020

Abstrak (Abstracts)

The purposes of this study are (1) to test how much influence net income and operating cash flow have on dividend policy at state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2020 (2) to test how much influence net income has on dividend policy at listed state-owned banks on the IDX in 2011-2020 (3) To test how much influence operating cash flows have on dividend policy in stateowned banks listed on the IDX in 2011-2020. The independent variables in this study are net income and operating cash flow, while the dependent variable is dividend policy. The population in this study are 4 state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2020. Sampling used the saturated sample method, where all members of the population were used as samples. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23 software. The conclusions of this study are (1) net income and operating cash flow simultaneously have a significant effect on dividend policy at state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (2) net income partially has a significant effect on dividend policy in state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (3) operating cash flow partially has a significant effect on dividend policy in state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh laba bersih dan arus kas operasi terhadap kebijakan dividen pada bank BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2011-2020 (2) Untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh laba bersih terhadap kebijakan dividen pada bank BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2011- 2020 (3) Untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh arus kas operasi terhadap kebijakan dividen pada bank BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2011-2020. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah laba bersih dan arus kas operasi, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kebijakan dividen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 Bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2020. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sample jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS versi 23. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) laba bersih dan arus kas operasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. (2) laba bersih secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. (3) arus kas operasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
