ANALISIS PENGARUH FUEL LEVEL TERHADAP DEPOSIT OF WATER PADA ALAT PERAGA FUEL TANK SIMULATION PC 200 – 7
Abstrak (Abstracts)
Heavy equipment in the world of education is expected to bring a major impact as a learning guidelines based on the most graduates in mechanical Engineering. Units of Heavy Equipment as a means of education brings a huge influence as a learning program mechanical engineering study program of heavy equipment during this learning in the field of mechanical engineering using props to show and explain about a way of the system and a way of working that is used as a medium of learning for which to show the components and tools in units of heavy equipment. At the time of On the Job Training got a question about the fuel tank why in the fuel tank arising deposit of water in the fuel tank. The author of the observation in units of heavy equipment and learn fuel tank that aims to simplify doing research in order to know whether it happened or the onset of a desposit of water in the fuel tank. The influence of the fuel level in the fuel tank can affect the amount of water that is generated inside the fuel tank. Props to the cause of the onset of water in the fuel tank PC 200-7 with how to make the inside of the fuel tank high temperature using tools such as a heater (electric stove) to get the heat to be achieved and to bring it of the deposit of water in the fuel tank, and a cooling device (fan and ice) to lower the temperature of the fuel tank. In the fuel tank condensation process occurs that causes the deposit of water, starting from the gas turn into a point then point the stick in the wall of the fuel tank which later turned into the deposit of water dripping down inside the fuel tank, the dew into the water and then stick in the wall of the fuel tank. Alat berat pada dunia pendidikan diharapkan membawa dampak yang besar sebagai pedoman pembelajaran terkhusus pada tenaga lulusan pada Pendidikan Teknik Mesin. Unit Alat Berat sebagai sarana pendidikan membawa pengaruh yang sangat besar sebagai program pembelajaran teknik mesin program studi alat berat disaat ini pembelajaran pada bidang teknik mesin menggunakan alat peraga untuk memperlihatkan dan menjelaskan tentang suatu cara dari sistem dan cara kerja yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang dimana untuk memperlihatkan bagian komponen–komponen dan alat dalam unit alat berat. Pada saat melakukan On Job Training mendapat pertanyaan tentang fuel tank kenapa didalam fuel tank timbul deposit of water didalam fuel tank. Penulis melakukan observasi pada unit alat berat dan mempelajari fuel tank yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah melalukan penelitan agar mengetahui apakah terjadi atau timbulnya desposit of water didalam fuel tank. Pengaruh fuel level pada fuel tank dapat berpengaruh terhadap banyaknya air yang dihasilkan didalam fuel tank. Alat peraga penyebab timbulnya air didalam fuel tank PC 200–7 dengan cara membuat didalam fuel tank suhu tinggi menggunakan alat bantu berupa alat pemanas (electric stove) untuk mendapatkan panas yang ingin dicapai dan untuk menimbulkannya deposit of water didalam fuel tank, dan alat pendingin (fan dan ice) untuk menurunkan suhu fuel tank. Didalam fuel tank terjadi proses kondensasi yang menyebabkan timbulnya deposit of water, dimulai dari gas berubah menjadi embun kemudian embun tersebut menempel di dinding fuel tank yang nantinya berubah menjadi deposit of water yang menetes kebawah didalam fuel tank, embun tersebut menjadi air kemudian menempel didalam dinding fuel tank.
