Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Bank Swasta Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020

This study aims to examine the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Prices in Private Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive. This study focuses on the financial statements of private banks for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study were all private banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sample used in this study was only 19 private banks. The data used in this study was obtained from the Annual Report published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2020 period. The results of the study using the simultaneous test (Test F) that Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Return On Equity (ROE) have a significant effect on stock prices. The results of the study using a partial test (t test) that Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no effect on stock prices, then Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no effect on stock prices, and Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant positive effect on stock prices. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), dan Return On Equity (ROE) Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Bank Swasta yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan deskriptif. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada laporan keuangan Bank Swasta periode 2016-2020. Populasi yang berada pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh Bank Swasta yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini hanya berjumlah 19 Bank Swasta. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari Annual Report yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2016-2020. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji simultan (Uji F) bahwa Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), dan Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji parsial (Uji t) bahwa Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, kemudian Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, dan Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.
