SPESIAL TOOL MANTENANCE AIR CONDITIONER ALL UNIT DI PT. UNITED TRACTORS SITE ADARO CUSTOMER PT.SAPTA INDRA SEJATI

Abstrak (Abstracts)

In the world of mining industry innovation is always needed to help human work. Along with the demands of the times so that people want everything with the right system and guaranteed safety. One of them to reduce the risk of injury to the maintenance process by using the AC pump. The author notes that the evaporator and condenser maintenance process uses an AC pump, but the AC pump used is not safe. This can cause injury to labor. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting research on special tool making using 12 VOLT DC pumps to clean evaporator and condenser on all units that use cooling system which aims to be the solution of the current problem. The results obtained from the special tool modification is to make the worker feel more secure and comfortable while doing evaporator and condenser cleaning on all units that use the cooling system. During the test the special tool maintenance air condition with 12 VOLT DC pump did not meet the constraints, so it can be concluded that the special tool is safe, effective and can be used. Dalam dunia industri pertambangan inovasi selalu dibutuhkan untuk membantu pekerjaan manusia. Seiring dengan tuntutan zaman sehingga manusia menginginkan segala sesuatu dengan sistem tepat dan terjamin keselamatannya. Salah satunya untuk menurunkan tingkat resiko terjadinya cedera pada proses maintenance dengan menggunakan pompa AC. Penulis memperhatikan bahwa proses maintenance evaporator dan kondensor menggunakan pompa AC, namun pompa AC yang digunakan tidak aman resikonya tersengat listrik. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan cedera pada tenaga kerja. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian pembuatan special tool menggunakan pompa DC 12 VOLT untuk membersihkan evaporator dan kondensor pada semua unit yang menggunakan sistem pendingin yang bertujuan untuk menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang sedang terjadi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari modifikasi special tool adalah membuat tenaga kerja merasa lebih aman dan nyaman saat melakukan membersihkan evaporator dan kondensor pada semua unit yang menggunakan sistem pendingin. Selama uji coba special tool maintenance air conditionerdengan pompa DC 12 VOLT tidak menemui kendala, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa special tool ini aman,efektif dan dapat digunakan. Kata kunci : Pembersihan evaporator dan kondensor, semua unit, special tool air conditioner , lebih aman dan efektif.
