ANALISA HUBUNGAN BREAKDOWN SCHEDULE DAN BREAKDOWN UNSCHEDULE PADA PLAN DAN ACTUAL DI PT. BANDANG MINING COAL SITE SEBUKU KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

PT. Bandang mining coal is one of the companies coal mining company. In mining activities the existence of heavy equipment units that greatly support the success of an action itself so that the maintenance on heavy equipment units must be taken into account in order to avoid breakdown unschedule that resulted in the unit can’t operate. When the researcher did on the job training and observation, the researchef found the problem of high duration of breakdown that is caused by unschedule maintenance of the maintenance schedule. It affects the availability of units which was mean when the availability of reduced units caused by breakdown it will affect the production. With the existence of these problems the researcher is interested to conduct further study on the problem. To know the relationship between maintenance Schedule with maintenance Unschedule using product moment correlation method. Based on data management and observation for 5 months and got the results obtained -0.384 and -0,399 on the correlation plan and actual. which means there is no significant correlation with the direction of negative correlation. PT. Bandang mining coal adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pertambangan batu bara. Pada kegiatan pertambangan keberadaan unit alat berat hal yang sangat menunjang keberhasilan dari suatu operasi itu sendiri sehingga perawatan pada unit alat berat harus diperhitungkan agar tidak terjadi breakdown unschedule yang mengakibatkan unit tidak bisa beroperasi. Pada saat penulis melaksanakan on the job training dan melakukan observasi, penulis menemukan permasalahan tingginya durasi breakdown yang di sebabkan oleh unschedule maintenance dari schedule maintenance hal ini berpengaruh pada ketersediaan unit yang berarti ketika ketersediaan unit berkurang yang disebabka oleh breakdown maka akan berpengaruh pada produksi. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut penulis tertarik untuk melakukan kajian lebih lanjut terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Schedule maintenance dengan Unschedule maintenance menggunakan metode korelasi product moment. Bedasarkan pengelolaan data dan observasi selama 5 bulan sehingga didapatkan hasil -0,384 dan -0,399 pada korelasi plan dan actual yang berarti ada korelasi tidak signifikan dengan arah korelasi negatif.
