ANALISIS PENGARUH PRESENTASE KADAR AIR, LANAU DAN LEMPUNG TERHADAP LAJU INFILTRASI PADA DAERAH ALIRAN SUNGAI SEPINGGAN BALIKPAPAN

Land use changes in the vatcment area of Balikpapan city due to construction for the development of settlements, industries and urban facilities are estimated to have disrupted the hydrological cycle chain, namely inhibiting the entry of rainwater into the soil (infiltration). The rapid development of the city still cannot be matched by the development of adequate drainage facilities and infrastructure. The intensity of rain affects the opportunity for water to enter the soil, the more water that enters the soil, the greater the soil water content. This study aims to determine the value of infiltration rate, water content and soil classification at the location of the Sepinggan River Basin, Balikpapan. Measurement of the infiltration rate in the field using a double ring infiltrometer which is plugged into the soil then the ring is filled with water to the upper line limit. Observations of water level subsidence were measured every 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, and 60 minutes Infiltration rate measurements were carried out by plugging and excavating at each study site. The results showed that the measurement of the infiltration rate 3. Infiltration rate values at 14 sample points had different rates from those 14 points. After doing the research, the infiltration rate values have the following values: Street Bhineka 5.66 cm/hour, Street Syarifudin Yoes 3.62 cm/hour, Street Pondok Mentari 4.17 cm/hour, Jalan Merah Delima 2.43 cm/hour, Ruhui Rahayu Street 2.22 cm/hour, Abdi VI Street 3.64 cm/hour, Sepinggan III Street 2.95 cm/hour, Bendali V 2.26 cm/hour, Kasih Street 1.57 cm/hour, Street Manuntung I 3.31 cm/hour, Street Taman Sepinggan IV 1.95 cm/hour, Street Pelita 2.65 cm/hour, Street Intan Sepinggan 1.87 cm/hour, Street Slamet Ryadi 2.24 cm/hour Perubahan tata guna tanah di kota Balikpapan daerah resapan akibat pembangunan untuk pengembangan permukiman, industri dan fasilitas perkotaan diperkirakan telah mengganggu rantai siklus hidrologi yaitu menghambat masuknya air hujan kedalam tanah (infiltrasi). Perkembangan kota yang pesat masih belum bisa diimbangin dengan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana drainase yang memadai. Intensitas hujan berpengaruh terhadap kesempatan masuknya air ke dalam tanah, semakin banyak air yang masuk kedalam tanah maka semakin besar kandungan air tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai laju infiltrasi, kadar air dan klasifikasi tanah di lokasi Daerah Aliran Sungai Sepinggan Balikpapan. Pengukuran laju infiltrasi di lapangan menggunakan alat double ring infiltrometer yang ditancapkan kedalam tanah kemudian ring di isi air sampai batas garis atas. Pengamatan penurunan muka air diukur tiap selang waktu 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, dan 60 menit Pengukuran laju infiltrasi dilakukan dengan cara ditancap dan digali pada masing-masing lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran laju infiltrasi nilai laju infiltrasi pada 14 titik sampel memiliki laju yang berbeda-beda. dari 14 titik tersebut . Setelah dilakukan penelitian, nilai laju infiltrasi memiliki nilai sebagai berikut Jalan Bhineka 5,66 cm/jam, Jalan Syarifudin Yoes 3,62 cm/jam, Jalan Pondok Mentari 4,17 cm/jam, Jalan Merah Delima 2,43 cm/jam, Jalan Ruhui Rahayu 2,22 cm/jam, Jalan Abdi VI 3,64 cm/jam, Jalan Sepinggan III 2,95 cm/jam, Jalan Bendali V 2,26 cm/jam, Jalan Kasih 1,57 cm/jam, Gang Manuntung I 3,31 cm/jam, Jalan Taman Sepinggan IV 1,95 cm/jam, Jalan Pelita 2,65 cm/jam, Jalan Intan Sepinggan 1,87 cm/jam, Jalan Slamet Ryadi 2,24 cm/jam.
