PARTIAL COMPONENT REPLACEMENT UNIT HD 1500-7 PADA KOMPONEN ENGINE PT. SAPTAINDRA SEJATI (SIS) SITE ADARO TANJUNG KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

PT. SaptaIndra Sejati is one of the coal companies located at site Adaro Tanjung South Borneo. The availability and best performance of the heavy equipment unit is very important to achieve the production target. Therefore, a maintenance such as daily inspection, periodic service and replacement of components such as General Overhaul (GOH) to reduce unschedule breakdown and unit availability can also be planned. But sometimes when doing GOH or the replacement of components such as engine assy there are a pending parts so that the unit becomes standby long enough. Partial Component Replacement is required by replacing parts of the engine such as injectors, fuel pump, water pump, fan clutch assy, turbine, radiator and damper to increase the lifetime of engine assy so that the unit can still be used while waiting for the parts to come. In addition, if at the time of the schedule GOH but the availability of units in the month is not achieved because there are so many unschedule breakdown, then the schedule GOH can be delayed to a certain extent so the availability of units is not too much reduced. The first component is replacement damper, fuel pump, injectors, turbocharger LH and RH is at HM 11395.5 hours. Then the next component is the water pump at HM 12011.5 hours. And the last is the engine assy components, fan clutch assy, and radiator on HM 21764.8 hours. PT. SaptaIndra Sejati merupakan salah satu perusahaan batubara yang berada di site Adaro Tanjung Kalimantan Selatan. Ketersediaan dan performa yang maksimal unit alat berat merupakan hal yang sangat penting agar target produksi tetap tercapai. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu perawatan seperti dilakukan daily inspection, periodic service, dan penggantian komponen seperti General Overhaul (GOH) untuk mengurangi unschedule breakdown dan ketersediaan unit juga dapat direncanakan. Tetapi terkadang saat melakukan GOH atau pergantian komponen seperti engine assy terjadi pending parts sehingga unit menjadi standby cukup lama. Sehingga dibutuhkan Planned Component Replacement dengan cara mengganti komponen-komponen bagian dari engine tersebut seperti injectors, fuel pump, water pump, fan clutch assy, turboharger, radiator dan damper untuk meningkatkan lifetime dari engine assy sehingga unit tetap dapat digunakan sambil menunggu parts tersebut datang. Selain itu bila pada waktu dilakukannya schedule GOH tetapi ketersediaan unit pada bulan tersebut tidak tercapai karena banyak terjadi unschedule breakdown, maka schedule GOH bisa diundur sampai batas tertentu sehingga ketersediaan unit tidak terlalu banyak berkurang. Komponen yang lebih dulu dilakukan penggantian yaitu damper, fuel pump, injectors, turbocharger LH dan RH yaitu pada HM 11395,5 jam. Kemudian komponen berikutnya adalah water pump pada HM 12011,5 jam. Dan yang terakhir yaitu komponen engine assy, fan clutch assy, serta radiator pada HM 21764,8 jam.
