Abstrak (Abstracts)

The archive is a unit that includes the registration, processing, and storage of important documents that are managed systematically because they have a purpose. Archives are one of the important sources of information that can support the process of administrative and bureaucratic activities. As a record of information from all organizational activities, archives function as memory centers, decision-making aids, evidence of the existence of the organization and for the benefit of other organizations. Therefore, in every agency there is a management unit with all administrative activities, including carrying out archival activities. Every activity in the agency requires data and information and one of the sources of that data is archives. Based on these functions, the administrative process, especially in the field of archives, requires good archive management or management. Making Web-Based Document Archive Information System Using PHP and MariaDB at PT. Angkasa Pura Property strives to make it easier for archive managers to work more effectively and efficiently when faced with fast information needs. An Archive Information System that uses QR Code verification technology so that it can make it easier when searching for Incoming and Outgoing Archive data files. The Archive Information System is one of the archive storage places in the form of softcopy, as a backup for archival documents that have been stored as backups in a database that can be accessed through the website. Arsip adalah suatu kesatuan yang meliputi pendaftaran, pemrosesan, dan penyimpanan surat dari dokumen yang penting yang dikelola secara sistematis karena memiliki tujuan. Arsip merupakan salah satu sumber informasi penting yang dapat menunjang proses kegiatan administrasi maupun birokrasi. Sebagai rekaman informasi dari seluruh aktivitas organisasi, arsip berfungsi sebagai pusat ingatan, alat bantu pengambilan keputusan, bukti eksistensi organisasi dan untuk kepentingan organisasi yang lain. Maka dari itu pada setiap instansi terdapat unit pengelola yang dengan segala kegiatan administrasi, termasuk melaksanakan kegiatan kearsipan. Setiap kegiatan di instansi memerlukan data dan informasi dan salah satu sumber data tersebut adalah arsip. Berdasarkan fungsi tersebut maka proses administrasi khususnya pada bidang kearsipan membutuhkan manajemen atau pengelolaan arsip yang baik. Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Arsip Dokumen Berbasis Web Menggunakan PHP dan MariaDB di PT. Angkasa Pura Properti ini diupayakan untuk mempermudah pihak pengelola arsip dapat bekerja menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien ketika dihadapkan pada kebutuhan informasi yang cepat. Sistem Informasi Arsip yang menggunakan teknologi verifikasi Kode QR sehingga dapat memudahkan ketika pencarian berkas data Arsip Surat Masuk maupun Surat Keluar. Sistem Informasi Arsip menjadi salah satu tempat penyimpanan arsip dalam bentuk softcopy, sebagai cadangan dokumen arsip yang telah disimpan sebagai backup di database yang dapat diakses melalui website.
