UPAYA MEMINIMALISASI KESALAHAN MANUSIA PADA KECELAKAAN KERJA DENGAN METODE HTA, SHERPA DAN JSA DI WORKSHOP LAS ALUMINUM WELDING

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Aluminum welding workshop is a company that provides welding services with MIG technique, standard spot welding and portable spot welding using welding equipments for production process. However workers are still oblivious to safety working requirements and accidents tends to happen during work, such as not using safety equipment at work, doing work not under observation and not keeping the working field clean. The methods that is used to make the field safety analysis are the HTA method that is used to make a work activity order from the observation orderly with the work activities description, then use the HTA data to the SHERPA method to find the accident or human error potential that could happen during work and do an interview with the workers if the accident in the SHERPA table ever happen in the working field and what of the consequences of such error, and after the SHERPA table is done and created the risk score of occurring accidents, the data is used for the JSA method to analyze the accident that happen in the work field and create a improvement recommendation for the company. The result of the interview is that there are three accident that has happened in the workshop, an accident where the workers unintentionally dropped the aluminium material when carrying it and crushed the worker’s feet that didn’t use safety boots, an accident that where the workers hand got scratched from the tip of the grinding stone during the aluminium cutting operation while not wearing safety gloves, and an accident where a worker got burn marks form operating the welding machine without wearing a safety gloves. The improvent recommendation that can be proposed to the company are to provide and use the safety gear completely when working, give the worker proper training to operate a grinder and a welder, create a SOP and warning sign on the working field to raise awareness of the potential dangers during working activities. Workshop Las Aluminum Welding adalah badan usaha yang menyediakan jasa pengelasan dengan Teknik MIG, las titik standar dan las titik portabel dengan alat permesinan untuk proses produksi. Oleh karena itu, Human error atau Kesalahan manusia perlu di minimalisasi sebisa mungkin untuk menghindari kecelakaan kerja. Metode yang digunakan untuk meminimalisasi Human error adalah dengan menggunakan metode Hierarchical Task Analysis (HTA), Systematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction (SHERPA), dan Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Dimana metode HTA untuk membuat urutan pekerjaan hasil observasi lapangan dengan uraian pekerjaan, selanjutnya memasukkan data HTA ke metode SHERPA untuk mencari potensi terjadinya kecelakaan pekerjaan yang dapat terjadi dan melakukan wawancara kepada para pekerja apakah kecelakaan pernah terjadi dan apa konsekuensi dari error tersebut, kemudian membuat skor risiko dari kecelakaan yang pernah terjadi dan setelah tabel SHERPA selesai diteruskan ke metode JSA untuk menganalisis kecelakaan yang terjadi pada lapangan kerja dan membuat usulan perbaikan kepada perusahaan. Dari hasil wawancara terdapat tiga kecelakaan yang pernah terjadi didalam dengan skor risiko 2, 3, dan 4 yang berarti tingkat bahaya sudah memasuki level Tinggi, perusahaan diberi rekomendasi perbaikan sebagai pedoman keselamatan yaitu untuk menyediakan dan menggunakan APD dengan lengkap saat melakukan pekerjaan, melakukan pelatihan kepada pekerja dalam pengoperasian mesin gerinda dan mesin las, membuat SOP dan Warning sign pada lapangan pekerjaan untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap potensi kecelakaan dalam pekerjaan.
