ANALISIS PERCEPATAN PEMBANGUNAN MASJID PONDOK TAHFIDZ AL-FAJAR MENGGUNAKAN METODE TIME COST TRADE OFF

The success of a project can be viewed by two aspects, the profit obtained and the accuracy of the completion time. In the implementation of the construction of the Pondok Tahfidz Al-Fajar Mosque, indications of project delays were found due to lack of labor and weather factors. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate the project and reschedule the project after it has been accelerated. The acceleration method used is Time Cost Trade off. The calculation begins by looking for the critical path using the Critical Path Method (CPM) then crashing to get the cost slope of the activity on the critical path, then calculating the Time Cost Trade Off. Based on the results of the acceleration analysis on the Pondok Tahfidz Al-Fajar Mosque construction project by applying the TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) it shown the duration of acceleration is 99 days from the previous duration of 120 days, 21 days faster so that the completion of the structural work can be done according to the initial scheduling plan obtained from the project S curve. The addition of the final total cost of the project due to the acceleration of IDR 122.692.375,39 therefore the total cost of the project becomes IDR 1.709.821.000,00 from the total cost of the previous project of IDR 1.832.512.768,25. Keberhasilan suatu proyek dapat dilihat dari dua hal, yaitu keuntungan yang didapat serta ketepatan waktu penyelesaian. Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan Masjid Pondok Tahfidz Al-Fajar, ditemukan indikasi keterlambatan proyek yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya jumlah tenaga kerja dan faktor cuaca di lapangan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukannya percepatan pada proyek dan juga dilakukan penjadwalan ulang pada proyek setelah dipercepat. Metode percepatan yang digunakan adalah Time Cost Trade off. Perhitungan dimulai dengan mencari lintasan kritis menggunakan Metode Critical Path Method (CPM) kemudian dilakukan crashing untuk mendapatkan nilai cost slope pekerjaan yang berada pada lintasan kritis, selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode Time Cost Trade Off. Berdasarkan hasil analisis percepatan yang dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Masjid Pondok Tahfidz Al-Fajar dengan menerapkan metode TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) didapat durasi percepatan 99 hari dari durasi sebelumnya 120 hari dimana lebih cepat 21 hari sehingga penyelesaian pekerjaan struktur dapat sesuai dengan rencana awal penjadwalan yang didapat dari kurva S proyek. Selisih total biaya akhir proyek akibat percepatan sebesar Rp 122.692.375,39 sehingga total biaya proyek menjadi Rp 1.709.821.000.00 dari total biaya proyek sebelumnya Rp 1.832.512.768,25.Keyword : Critical Path, Acceleration Analysis, Cost Slope, Time Cost Trade Off
