PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA UNTUK MEMINIMALISIR KECELAKAAN KERJA PADA PEKERJAAN MATERIAL PIPA GALVANIS DI WORKSHOP PT GRAHA MANDALA SAKTI DENGAN METODE HIRADC

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Occupational safety and health is a top priority in human life. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) problems in Indonesia are still considered low. This study aims to identify hazards and find out how much the risk value, and the results of the identification that occurred at PT. Graha Mandala Sakti. Unsafe action occurs because of several things that affect it, one of which is the application of the use of personal protective equipment. The research method used is the method of Hazard identification, risk assessment and determining control, data collection used to answer this research is observational techniques and interviews based on the research form. The results of the OSH risk assessment on the four jobs at the PT Graha Mandala Sakti workshop using the HIRADC method were the risk level for each type of hazard. The research focus is only on the type of hazard with the highest level of risk in each work activity. Among them were exposed to grinding sparks in the activity of cutting galvanized pipes with a risk level of 15 (extreme), hands caught in a pipe filing activity with a risk level of 15 (extreme), exposed to welding fumes in galvanized pipe welding activities with a risk level of 16 (extreme), being hit by a material object in the activity of transporting pipe material with a risk level of 20 (extreme), and a hand caught in the activity of transporting pipe material to a conveyance with a risk level of 12 (extreme). Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan prioritas utama dalam kehidupan manusia. Permasalahan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di Indonesia masih dianggap rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan mengetahui berapa besar nilai risiko, dan hasil identifikasi yang terjadi di PT. Graha Mandala Sakti. Unsafe action terjadi karena beberapa hal yang mempengaruhinya, salah satunya adalah penerapan penggunaan alat pelindung diri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Hazard identification,risk assessment and determining control, pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk menjawab penelitian ini yaitu teknik observasional dan wawancara berdasarkan form penelitian. Hasil penilaian risiko K3 pada keempat pekerjaan di workshop PT Graha Mandala Sakti menggunakan metode HIRADC adalah Didapatkan potensi bahaya pekerjaan dengan tingkat ekstreme risk pada pekerjaan pemotongan pipa galvanis, Moderate risk pada pengikiran pipa, High risk pada penelasan pipa, ekstereme risk dan moderate risk pada pekerjaan pengangkutan pipa galvanis ke alat angkut diantaranya tangan terjepit pada proses pengikiran pipa dan tertimpa benda material pada proses pengangkutan pipa galvanis ke alat angkut.
