ANALISA KERUSAKAN TRACK ADJUSTER PADA UNIT EXCAVATOR KOMATSU PC 200-7 Di PT. PRIMA NUGRAHA PERSADA

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Excavators are used as tools for digging, dredging materials, moving materials, and others. The Track Adjuster component has a function to adjust the tightness of the Track Chain Assembly and also positions the Front Idler above the track frame. In general, the Track Adjuster is a cylinder filled with grease. In users, to tighten the Track Chain Assembly, namely by reducing the grease on the Track Adjuster. Damage to the Track Adjuster can be in the form of damage to the Seal and O-ring of the Track Adjuster, the occurrence of rust and damage to the surface of the rod (scratch), Recoil Spring, and grease leakage. Keywords : Excavator, Track Adjuster, Kebocoran Grease Excavator digunakan sebagai alat untuk menggali, mengeruk material, memindahkan material, dan lain-lain. Komponen Track Adjuster memiliki fungsi untuk mengatur kekencangan Track Chain Assembly dan juga memposisian Front Idler di atas track frame. Pada umumnya Track Adjuster berupa silinder yang terisi oleh grease. Dalam penggunanya untuk mengencangan Track Chain Assembly yakni dengan melakukan pengurangan grease pada Track Adjuster tersebut. Kerusakan pada Track Adjuster dapat berupa kerusakan pada Seal dan Oring Track Adjuster, terjadinya karat dan kerusakan pada permukaan rod (scratch), Recoil Spring , dan kebocoran grease.
