ANALISA LOW POWER PADA HYDRAULIC PUMP WHEEL LOADER KOMATSU WA 500-3 DI PT MALINDO MANDIRI MAKMUR

Abstrak (Abstracts)

The development of the mining world in Indonesian mining industry is very rapid so that units are needed to exploit them in order to meet human needs. This affects the development of science and technology, especially the heavy equipment unit where the heavy equipment has a very important function and role in mining industry activities, like dump trucks, dozers, excavators, and others. These units require maintenance to maintain the units in ready-to-use condition and in prime condition. One example is the wheel loader. A wheel loader is a tractor with rubber wheels equipped with a work equipment, namely a bucket that has functions for carrying, and loading. Wheel loaders are very efficient for use in dry, level and sturdy places, especially when minimal ground damage is required with high work mobility. There are many jobs carried out by the wheel loader, there are problems that occur, especially in the hydraulic system which includes: hydraulic tanks, hydraulic pumps, hoses, control valves, and filters. One of the troubles that occur is the low power hydraulic system on the wheel loader Komatsu wa500-3 unit caused by the gear pump experiencing wear or damage due to friction / surface damage, the gear pump trouble occurs due to the Operational Motor but No Fluid Delivery which makes the gear pump becomes trouble. Perkembangan dunia tambang di industri tambang Indonesia sangatlah pesat sehingga diperlukannya unit-unit untuk mengeksploitasi guna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Hal tersebut berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi terutama unit alat berat yang mana alat berat tersebut memiliki fungsi dan peran yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan industri pertambangan, contohnya seperti dump truk, dozer, exavator, dan lain lain. Unit-unit tersebut memerlukan perawatan (maintenace ) untuk merawat dan menjaga unit agar selalu dalam kondisi siap pakai dan dalam keadaan prima. Salah satu contohnya adalah wheel loader. Wheel loader adalah tractor dengan roda karet yang dilengkapi dengan sebuah perlengkapan kerja yaitu bucket yang berfungsi untuk membawa (carrying), dan memuat (loading). Wheel loader sangat efisien digunakan di tempat kering, rata, dan kokoh, terutama jika dituntut agar kerusakan landasan minimal dengan mobilitas kerja tinggi. Dari sekian banyak pekerjaan yang dilakukan wheel loader tak lepas dari sebuah troubel atau masalah yang terjadi terutama pada system hydraulic yang meliputi: hydraulic tank, hydraulic pump, hose, control valve, dan filter. Salah satu trouble yang terjadi adalah low power sistem hydraulic pada unit wheel loader komatsu wa500-3 yang disebabkan oleh gear pump yang mengalami keausan atau kerusakan akibat gesekan / surface demage, trouble pada gear pump terjadi akibat Motor Operasional tetapi tidak ada pengiriman cairan yang membuat gear pump menjadi trouble.
