MANAJEMEN RISIKO KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP PERILAKU PEKERJA PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN BUILDING WORK PACKAGE 3- RDMP RU V

ABSTRACT In 2022 PT PP Urban Project for the construction of the Pertamina refinery building. The construction project has a high risk of work accidents such as falling from a height and also near misses, it is necessary to have an occupational health and safety management system to minimize the risk of work accidents. The project activity that is being investigated is the construction project of the Pertamina refinery building. Collecting data using a questionnaire containing 19 questions with a sample of 30 respondents. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis, linearity and t-test processed with IBM statistics SPSS 23 program. In this linearity test, the significance value of deviation from linearity is 0.721, which is the comparison value with the determination value of the linearity test, which is 0.05. The significance value of deviation from linearity must be greater than the determination value, meaning that it can be concluded that the value is 0.721 > 0.05, so between the Occupational Health and Safety Risk Management (K3) X and Work Behavior (Y) variables have a linear relationship or a straight-line relationship, or it can be interpreted that the influence of knowledge of occupational safety and health management systems has a relationship with worker behavior. In testing using the t-test, a value of 90.6% was obtained where this value indicates that knowledge of occupational safety and health management systems is one of the influences of factors that influence work behavior. ABSTRAK Pada tahun 2022 PT PP Urban Proyek pembangunan gedung kilang pertamina . Proyek pembangunan tersebut memiliki resiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi seperti jatuh dari ketinggian dan juga near miss, maka perlu sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja untuk meminimalisir resiko kecelakaan kerja. Kegiatan proyek yang di teliti adalah proyek pembangunan gedung kilang pertamina. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan sebanyak 19 soal dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, linieritas dan uji t diolah dengan program IBM statistic SPSS 23. Pada pengujian linieritas ini nilai signifikansi deviation from linearity yaitu 0,721 menjadi nilai perbandingan dengan nilai ketetapan pengujian linieritas yaitu 0,05. Nilai signifikansi deviation from linearity harus lebih besar dari nilai ketetapan artinya dapat disimpulkan nilai 0,721 > 0,05 maka antara variable Manajemen Risiko Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) X dan Perilaku Kerja (Y) memiliki hubungan yang linier atau hubungan yang bergaris lurus, atau dapat diartikan bahwa pengaruh pengetahuan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku pekerja. Pada pengujian menggunakan uji t diperolah nilai sebesar 90,6% dimana nilai tersebut menjukan bahwa pengetahuan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja menjadi salah satu pengaruh dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku kerja.
