Heavy equipment is a tool used to help and facilitate human activities, especially in work such as mining and construction projects. There are various types of heavy equipment that are often used in a work project activity. Especially in the kobelco sk330-10 and SK200-10 excavator units have a fairly large distribution of units, at Pt. Lubrisindo Jaya Gemilang has a type of heavy equipment excavator SK330-10 a total of 6 units and on the sk200-10 excavator as many as 3 units of this tool is a tool that operates on the ammi batuah site. From the use of these heavy equipment, we can find out the number of changes in the type of components and the cost of components carried out in periodic service activities. Therefore, it is necessary to know the type of component, the number of changes in each component and the price of each component. From these things we will get a calculation for the completion of a value both the number of changes in each component and the cost of the components that are replaced during the interval hours meter 5000 periodic service in the excavator unit. There are so many facto-factors that cause units whose classes are lower will actually have a cost value for the components that are replaced, which is actually more expensive, such as the price of components and the change of component types at each interval as well as many types of components that are replaced. Lubrisindo Jaya Gemilang memiliki jenis alat berat excavator SK330-10 sejumlah 6 unit dan pada excavator sk200-10 sebanyak 3 unit alat ini merupakan alat yang beroperasi disite ammi batuah. Dari penggunaan alat berat tersebut kita dapat mengetahui jumlah pergantian jenis komponen serta biaya komponen yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan periodic servicenya. Maka dari itu, perlu mengetahui jenis komponen, jumlah pergantian disetiap komponen serta harga masing-masing komponen. Dari hal-hal tersebut kita akan mendapatkan perhitungan untuk penyelesaian suatu nilai baik jumlah pergantian disetiap komponen serta biaya komponen yang dilakukan pergantian selama interval hours meter 5000 periodic service pada unit excavator. Banyak sekali fakto-faktor yang menyebabkan unit yang kelas nya lebih rendah justru akan memiliki nilai biaya komponen yang diganti justru lebih mahal baik seperti harga komponen dan pergantian jenis komponen disetiap intervalnya begitu juga dengan banyak jenis komponen yang diganti. Pada pergantian disetiap jenis masing-masing komponen dan biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam pergantian komponen SK200-10 justru memiliki nilai lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sk330-10
