ANALISIS PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI APLIKASI PEGADAIAN DIGITAL DALAM MEMUDAHKAN NASABAH BERTRANSAKSI PADA PT.PEGADAIAN UPC BONTO BULAENG
Abstrak (Abstracts)
This study aims to find out the Pegadaian Digital Service in making it easier for customers to transact at the Pawnshop Kawi Branch UPC Bonto Bulaeng. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and is analyzed by interviewing Pegadaian employees, namely the appraiser and cashier, and also from the customers of the UPC Bonto Bulaeng Pawnshop who use the PDS application. This research supports Maulani (2020), Fadillah & Putri (2021) and Patriniyasasari with the same result, namely about the application of the Analysis of the Digital Service Pawnshop application. So with this for PT Pegadaian Kawi Branch UPC Bonto Bulaeng, the authors hope that in the future they will continue to maintain relationships with customers to maintain cooperation, expand further on the PDS application so that it will increase even more in the future, in addition to attracting people to become customers, there needs to be socialization and promotions must always be done in writing or in person.
