KAJIAN ANALISA PROBLEM REDO SERVICE UNIT WHEEL LOADER WA 600-3 DI WORKSHOP NON FMC PT.KALIMANTAN PRIMA PERSADA SITE RANTAU KALIMANTAN SELATAN
Abstrak (Abstracts)
This final project aims to analyze redo service in PT.Kalimanan Prima Persada (PT KPP) what percentage of the redo service affect whether from problems or units that have experienced redo service. Redo service is a service repetitive maintenance service and cause problems less than 72 hours after maintenance service, resulting from less than maximum workmanship. Redo service will affect the cost (cost) will be higher, and the number of unit downtime will be high so it will cause disruption of the production equipment operation activities. Trust or costumer satisfaction will be reduced. Analysis of redo service is done by using quantitative data administration of PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada (PT.KPP), using the most frequent frequency and describes it. The results obtained, for the highest percentage of redo service unit were obtained by wheel loader, excavator and grader with percentage of 71%, 53% and 61% Electrical problem of 28%, hydraulic 33% and electrical 24%. The most common problem is Electrical problem with 8 types of problems and 45 occurrences of the problem, and for the highest percentage is 4% range ie main frame and guard, engine and conveyor. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa redo service di PT.Kalimanan Prima Persada (PT. KPP) tentang redo yang dialami unit wheel loader yang sangat tinggi mencapai persentase tujuh puluh satau persen dan memiliki persentase problem electrical yang tinggi. Redo service adalah suatu penger jaan maintenance service berulang dan menimbulkan masalah kurang dari 72 jam setelah maintenance service, akibat dari pengerjaan yang kurang maksimal. Redo service akan berdampak pada cost (biaya) akan semakin tinggi, dan jumlah downtime unit akan tinggi sehingga akan menyebabkan terganggunya kegiatan operasi alat produksi. Kepercayaan atau kepuasan costumer akan berkurang. Analisa redo service ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif administrasi PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada (PT.KPP), dengan menganalisa masalah electrical yang paling sering muncul dan cara mengatasinya melaluai data dan shop manual. Untuk jenis problem yang paling banyak muncul adalah problem Electrical tentang unit no starter yang dimana banyak terjadi masalah di batray dan relay.
