PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Kasus Bank Umum Konvensional Yang Terdaftar Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2021)

Abstrak (Abstracts)

This purpose is to determine the effect of financial ratios CR, DER, and Firm Size on Firm Value proxied using the Tobin’s Q ratio at conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange simultaneously or partially. The data used in this study was obtained from the Annual Report published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2021. The population of this study is Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020 to 2021, using a purposive sampling method so that the number of samples is 42 banks. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The software used for statistical data processing is IBM SPSS 25. The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Company Size simultaneously affect firm value; Current Ratio (CR) partially has no effect on firm value; Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially affects firm value and Firm Size partially affects firm value. Keyword : CR, DER, Firm Size, Firm Value and Tobin’s Q Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio-rasio keuangan CR, DER, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksikan menggunakan rasio Tobin’s Q pada Bank Umum Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia secara simultan maupun parsial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Annual Report yang diterbitkan oleh Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) selama periode 2020-2021. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Bank Umum Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020 hingga 2021, dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 42 bank. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Software yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data statistik adalah IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Ukuran Perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan; Current Ratio (CR) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan; Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Ukuran Perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
