PERANCANGAN ALAT PEMOTONG PLAT MENGGUNAKAN LAS OXY-ACETYLENE OTOMATIS

Abstrak (Abstracts)

In the scope of innovation industry is always needed to facilitate the work activities, one of which is, Designing Cutting Tools Using Automatic Welding Oxy-acetylene Plate. The design of the plate cutting tool using automatic welding oxy-acetylene should make the design first, then to obtain the correct design results required a reference as a guide to make the design. With the Design of Plate Cutting Tools Using Automatic Welding Oxy-acetylene can reduce the burden of unsafe work to be more secure (safety). The design of the cutter plate by using the welding oxy-acetylene automatic welding principle works by using an electric motor as a driving source, in the event of a rotation of the electric motor, the electrically installed pulley will rotate the pulley, and effect to rotation of the electric motor mounted pulley will rotate the shaft connected with pulley to move forward workpiece. From the design of the cutter plate using oxy-acetylene can assist during the cutting work by using oxy-acetylene welding, which is more effective and more efficient and to reduce the risk of hazard in the process of cutting work using weld oxy acetylene Dalam lingkup industri inovasi selalu dibutuhkan untuk mempermudah aktifitas pekerjaan, salah satunya yaitu, Perancangan Alat Pemotong Plat Menggunakan Las Oxy-acetylene Otomatis. Perancangan alat pemotong plat menggunakan las oxy-acetylene otomatis ini harus membuat design terlebih dahulu, kemudian untuk medapatkan hasil perancangan yang benar dibutuhkan sebuah referensi sebagai pedoman untuk membuat perancangan. Dengan adanya Perancangan Alat Pemotong Plat Menggunakan Las Oxy-acetylene Otomatis ini dapat mengurangi beban dari pekerjaan yang tidak aman menjadi lebih aman(safety). Perancangan pemotong plat dengan menggunakan alat las oxy-acetylene otomatis prinsip kerjanya menggunakan motor listrik sebagai sumber penggerak, dengan adanya putaran dari motor listrik maka pulley yang terpasang dimotor listrik akan memutar pulley tersebut, dan akibat putaran dari motor listrik yang terpasang pulley akan memutar shaft yang terhubung dengan pulley untuk menggerakan maju benda kerja. Dari hasil perancangan pemotong plat menggunakan oxy-acetylene dapat membantu pada saat melakukan pekerjaan pemotongan dengan menggunakan las oxy-acetylene, dimana lebih efektif serta waktu lebih efesien dan untuk mengurangi resiko terjadi bahaya dalam melakukan proses pekerjaan pemotongan menggunakan las oxy acetylene.
