ANALISA UJI PERBANDINGAN PERFORMANSI AIR CONDITIONER MENGGUNAKAN HIDROKARBON DAN R134a
Abstrak (Abstracts)
This Air Conditioning system serves as a cabin room temperature regulator on heavy equipment to keep it cool or even cold, so that the operator remains comfortable driving the unit (Abidin, 2019). Fluorocarbons are organic compounds that contain 1 or more fluorine atoms Calculation of cooling machine perfomantion to determine the working value of compressors, heat energy released condenser, heat energy absorbed by the evaporator, and Coefficient of Perfomance (COP), using refrigerant R-134a and Hydrocarbons. Based on calculations obtained QC 433,232 – 292,682 140, 550 KJ / Kg 3. Heat energy absorbed by evaporator Qe h1 – h4 [KJ / Kg] Then obtained Qe 402,273 – 292,682 109,591 KJ / Kg 4. Coefficient of Performance (COP) (402,273 – 292,682)/(433,232 – 402,273) (109,591)/(30,959) 3.53 Using Hydrocarbon refrigerant 1. Working compressor QW h2 – h1 [KJ / Kg] Then obtained Qw 570,420 – 495,650 74,770 KJ / Kg 2. Heat energy released condenser Qc h2 – h3 [KJ / Kg] Then obtained QC 570,420 – 212,869 357,550 KJ / Kg 3. Heat energy absorbed by evaporator Qe h1 – h4 [KJ /Kg] Then obtained Qe 495,650 – 212,869 282,780 KJ / Kg 4. Coefficient of Performance (COP) (495,650- 212,869)/(570,420 – 495,650 ) (282,780)/(74,770 ) 3,785.1 Based on the research concluded that the amount of hydrocarbon refrigerant mass is less than R-134a with a decrease (70%), and decreased idle up from 1200 RPM to 1150 RPM. In evaporators with hydrocarbon refrigerants the working value of the compressor increases, compared to R-134a. For the value of refrigeration effect on evaporators with hydrocarbon refrigerants increased, compared to R-134a. By using hydrocarbon refrigerants in evaporators has an increase in the average value of Coefficient Of Perfomance (COP) higher than R-134a. Sistem Air Conditioning ini berfungsi sebagai pengatur suhu ruangan kabin pada alat berat agar tetap sejuk atau bahkan dingin, sehingga operator tetap nyaman mengendarai unitnya (Abidin, 2019). Fluorokarbon adalah senyawa organik yang mengandung 1 atau lebih atom fluorin Perhitungan perfomansi mesin pendingin untuk mengetahui nilai kerja kompresor, energi kalor yang dilepas kondensor, energi kalor yang diserap oleh evaporator, serta Coefficient of Perfomance (COP), menggunakan refrigeran R-134a maupun Hidrokarbon. Berdasarkan perhitungan Diperoleh QC 433,232 – 292,682 140, 550 KJ/Kg 3. Energi kalor yang diserap oleh evaporator Qe h1 – h4 [KJ/Kg] Maka diperoleh Qe 402,273 – 292,682 109,591 KJ/Kg 4. Coefficient Of Performance (COP) (402,273 – 292,682)/(433,232 – 402,273 ) (109,591 )/(30,959 ) 3,53 Menggunakan refrigeran Hidrokarbon 1. Kerja kompresor QW h2 – h1 [KJ/Kg] Maka diperoleh Qw 570,420 – 495,650 74,770 KJ/Kg 2. Energi kalor yang dilepas kondensor Qc h2 – h3 [KJ/Kg] Maka diperoleh QC 570,420 – 212,869 357,550 KJ/Kg 3. Energi kalor yang diserap oleh evaporator Qe h1 – h4 [KJ/Kg] Maka diperoleh Qe 495,650 – 212,869 282,780 KJ/Kg 4. Coefficient Of Performance (COP) (495,650- 212,869)/(570,420 – 495,650 ) (282,780 )/(74,770 ) 3,785.1 Berdasarkan penelitian kesimpulan yang didapatkan jumlah massa refrigeran hidrokarbon lebih sedikit dibandingkan R-134a dengan penurunan sebanyak (70%), dan mengalami penurunan idle up dari 1200 RPM menjadi 1150 RPM. Pada Evaporator dengan refrigeran Hidrokarbon Nilai kerja kompresor mengalami kenaikan, dibanding R-134a. Untuk nilai efek refrigerasi pada evaporator dengan refrigeran Hidrokarbon mengalami kenaikan, dibandingkan R134a. Dengan mengggunakan refrigeran Hidrokarbon pada evaporator memiliki kenaikan nilai rata – rata Coefficient Of Perfomance (COP) lebih tinggi dibandingkan R-134a.
