PERHITUNGAN ESTIMASI RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA PEMBANGUNAN MASJID AL – IKHLAS BALIKPAPAN SELATAN

One of the obstacles in the planning process of a construction project work is the budget plan. Therefore, it is necessary to know the budget for the work on the Al-Ikhlas Mosque construction project. At the time of its implementation, the planning process must be observed and determine the time of execution of work on the Al-Ikhlas Mosque Construction project. Starting from the beginning to the end of the construction project construction. The research method used for calculations in the early stages is making a Bill of Quantity. Scheduling starts from finding the critical path using the Critical Path Method (CPM), which can estimate the time required to carry out each activity. Based on the results of the analysis of the Budget Plan (RAB) for the construction of Al-Ikhlas Mosque and the results of the Critical Path Method (CPM), the results of the Budget Plan (RAB) are Rp. 3,166,620,226.00. and the time needed to complete the construction of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque in 180 days so that the completion of the structural work can be in accordance with the initial scheduling plan obtained from the project S curve. Salah satu kendala dalam proses perencanaan suatu pekerjaan proyek kontruksi adalah rencana anggaran biaya. Oleh karena itu perlu mengetahui anggaran biaya pekerjaan pada proyek pembangunan Masjid Al- Ikhlas. Pada saat pelaksanaannya harus dicermati proses perencanaan dan mengetahui waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan pada proyek Pembangunan Masjid Al- Ikhlas. Mulai dari awal hingga akhir pembangunan proyek konstruksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk perhitungan pada tahap awal adalah penyusunan Bill Of Quantity. Penjadwalan dimulai dari dengan mencari lintasan kritis menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM), yang dapat memperkirakan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melaksanakan setiap kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) Pembangunan Masjid Al-Ikhlas dan hasil dari Critical Path Method (CPM) didapat hasil Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sebesar Rp 3.166.620.226.00. dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan pembangunan Masjid Al-Ikhlas di dapat durasi 180 hari sehingga penyelesaian pekerjaan struktur dapat sesuai dengan rencana awal penjadwalan yang didapatkan dari kurva S proyek.
