Implementasi Reporting P2H Pada Unit Case Berbasis Android Studio Di PT. Probesco Kanamoto Rental Balikpapan

Daily Maintenance and Inspection (P2H) is a unit inspection activity carried out by an operator, both before operation and after operation which aims to determine the condition of the unit before it is operated, to prevent greater damage so that repair costs are more efficient, provide operator comfort when operating. P2H activities are stated in the operator P2H form which must be filled out before and after operating the unit. On the P2H form sheet, several problems are often encountered, namely they are often lost or damaged. From these problems, the author makes digital form filling or reporting in the form of an application to minimize the occurrence of previous problems. The process of designing and making Android P2H applications using Android Studio Programming. How to use the P2H application based on Android Studio has 2 features, namely Peridoic Inspection and Backlog Entry Sheet which for Periodic Inspection is used by Operators and Backlog Entry Sheet is used by Mechanics to make reports when a malfunction is found, this application is offline which from the results The report can be made into a PDF which later the data can be sent to the Supervisor and Admin via Whatsapp or Email. This application runs smoothly. This study uses a Likert scale questionnaire to find out how much benefit this application is. After analyzing the results, it was found that the application was very useful for use at PT. Probesco Kanamoto Rental Balikpapan. Pemeliharaan dan Pemeriksaan Harian (P2H) adalah suatu kegiatan pemeriksaan unit yang dilakukan oleh seorang operator, baik sebelum operasi maupun setelah operasi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi unit lebih awal sebelum di operasikan, untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan yang lebih besar agar biaya perbaikan lebih hemat, memberikan rasa nyaman operator saat mengoperasikan. Kegiatan P2H tertuang dalam form P2H operator yang wajib di isi sebelum dan setelah mengoperasikan unit. Pada lembar form P2H sering dijumpai beberapa masalah yaitu sering hilang maupun rusak. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis membuat pengisian form atau reporting secara digital berupa suatu Aplikasi untuk meminimalisir terjadinya masalah sebelumnya. Proses perancangan dan pembuatan Aplikasi P2H android yang menggunakan Pemrograman android Studio. Cara penggunaan aplikasi P2H berbasis Android Studio ini mempunyai 2 fitur yaitu Peridoic Inspection dan Backlog Entry Sheet yang dimana untuk Periodic Inspection digunakan oleh Operator dan Backlog Entry Sheet digunakan oleh Mekanik untuk membuat laporan ketika di temukannya sebuah kerusakan, aplikasi ini bersifat offline yang dimana dari hasil laporan tersebut dapat di jadikan PDF yang nantinya data tersebut bisa dikirim ke Supervisor dan Admin melalui via Whatsapp atau Email. aplikasi ini berjalan dengan lancar. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner skala likert untuk mengetahui seberapa besar manfaat aplikasi ini. Setelah dilakukan analisa hasil didapatkan bahwa aplikasi sangat bermanfaat untuk di gunakan di PT.
